Great Cuisine and Great Selection!
Hostess told us there would be a 30 min wait and when we agreed to wait she stated “you really want to wait 30-45 mins” giving us an attitude and adding 15 mins to the original wait time, then proceeded to sit the group who came after us and stated nothing about a wait. Need better customer service, not someone who drives customers away.
1/2 of our meal was great the other 1/2 not so much. The mozzarella sticks were awesome. The burgers were juicy. Wife got the one with the egg and specifically asked for a runny yolk and it came well done. They offered to recook it but never brought it out. The Brisket chips basket was served cold and was inedible. But the price was reasonable compared to nearby restaurants.
Service was good and food came out quickly.
Had the Impossible Burger, fries and Onion Rings. Great burger wasn't a long wait and service was great. If you want a good Impossible Burger try Red Robin.
First time eating at this Red Robin. My waitress, Maureen, was amazing. She provided excellent service.
Not a great experience. My son has specific food allergies and when his order came out wrong they just reused the burger which still had remnants of what he can't eat.(We know to check but if we hadn't it could have been a bad situation)On a positive note, I must say that the hostess was very nice :)
Love this place, was disappointed last few times though. The server may have been new or a little shy but wasn't as attentive as we're used to. We had to flag her down for drinks etc. And lately the fries! seems they are being dipped back in the grease and poured straight into the serving tray to bring out when we received more fries after those you could look and tell the difference between the fresh fries and old limp ones with all of the oil
It's been awhile since we've been to Red Robin. But went yesterday and the service was great and burger was tasty. Fries with campfire sauce is a guilty pleasure. Look forward to our next visit.
Our lunch was great! My salad was so big and good! We all enjoyed everything. Our waitress was so friendly and nice.
