Service was relatively fast. I used the drive thru. I ordered the nine piece, 2 sides and 4 biscuit chicken meal. Chicken was freshly cooked,hot as well as the mashed potatoes and gravy. I must admit their biscuits are a little dry and hard. May need to find a new recipe but overall very good. The price was reasonable considering inflation.

All cars in picture belong to employees, we were the only customers inside at that time. A few employees outside door smoking and cutting up when we arrived, not very inviting, our first visit. Food was mediocre, edible, but not fresh or prepared with any care. I ordered the two piece special, was asked white or dark, I asked for white, I had one very small wing and a thigh. Why ask? The sides were ok but only about half full in the small container. It seemed cheap, the very small biscuit was good but almost half the size of KFC.The cashier added a $1.79 lemonade that I did not ask for on my ticket, I asked for a cup of water. So as she was politely, she was being nice, refunding my money to me with 80 cents of it in nickels. I asked, you're kidding, why would I want a pocket full of nickels, she claims that all she has. I have her twenty cent so she could give me a dollar. This was right at lunch time. My wife got the chicken sandwich, big in the middle but rather small compared to the bun, she said it was ok. She would not order it again. This was my first visit and not looking to go back.This location seemed poorly run, the employees seemed genuinely friendly. A lack of training, proper food prep, customer service, quality controls were evident. I really thought about taking to the manager in charge, not sure he would have been receptive, he didn't know how to fix the nickel issue. This could be a good fast food restaurant but they need to change many things.
Keep your money!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! So tired of the double-standards at this particular store, ordered 9 piece with 2 sides, ordered mashed potatoes and only had half a cup full, the cup did not even have a lid, just a piece of foil covering it,, also wanted the chicken to be be spicy, wound up being original. Make good of that $23, will be last you see from us. Would love district manager to reach out. This has happened twice. This must be why they don't want customers to come inside, so you can't see their lack of work ethic. Have mercy.
I wished there were negative stars available. This has to be the worst Popeyes in NC or for that matter the entire US. The rudest employees and manager. Food tasted like it was cooked yesterday. It sounded like they were having a party inside with music playing loud like they wanted people a mile down the road to hear. Called to get the number to a district manager and it goes to voicemail and the box is full. Called another location out of town. They told me they receive daily complaints on that restaurant for the same reasons.
Worse one ever rude bad service they don't listen. We ordered fries got mashed potatoes instead chicken was over crispy so we couldn't eat it fries were overcooked too. They were too busy talking to pay attention to our order. They gave us lemonade and we ordered strawberry lemonade. NEver EVer again
This place deserves 0 stars! Poor customer service, cashiers twerking in the drive thru window, and they serve old dried up food. This place really needs to clean up their act. Management doesn’t care that they are serving old food. They have a terrible reputation, should have listened and stayed away from this place.
I have ordered here 3 different occasions and each visit was awful. All 3 occasions they messed up my order. I ordered spicy chicken all 3 times and they gave me original. On my 3rd try it looked like they gave me leftovers. Of course they gave me original again . I am very disappointed in this location. If I could give them no stars I would. They need to get it together.
The lady that waited on me was very pleasant made sure my chicken order was hot let know it gets fresh cooked ? too. It was Delicious ?. I wanted me some Popeyes for a long time. I am from out town of Greenville NC. I live 1 hours and 20 minutes. Popeyes before you get to Stanstonburg Road to the Hospital. Thank I will return there again when I am back in your town. God Bless that associate. Which I got her name.
Ordered online for pickup. Got home & started going through the order. We were so disappointed! Dried out, small pieces of chicken; very little gravy (~ a teaspoon) on the mashed potatoes; awful coleslaw & hard biscuits. Had to throw out several pieces of chicken & the coleslaw. Awful experience. Will not be going back.
