Where to start?? First the doors didn’t open until I called inside, says open @10:30 Sunday-Thursday, called inside at 11:15 and Mgr. had an attitude because she hadto open the door !! When I asked was anything prepared already (cause I only get 30 minutes for lunch) she stated I should have called it in!! Really???it’s ALWAYS SOMETHING AT THIS LOCATION!!!
Just wanna say after working a 12 hour shift yesterday, I wanted to grab a quick dinner and go home! However, that did not happen. I placed my Pizza Hut order like 15 mins before I even left work. When I get there, their screen says my order is ready. However, the lady told me that my order was not ready. So AFTER a 30 min wait in the lobby she finally comes back and says they just put in in the oven! Excuse me? So after I waited for that pizza they “forgot” to put my other pizza in oven too! So I then had to wait for that one! Which was another 20 min wait. In all for this pizza I waited 1 hour and 20 mins! Then they try to give me a small pizza when I ordered two large. This also happen to like two other people too. And then the girl was looking through the other already done boxes, I guess she was trying to give me someone else’s pizza that was already done. Anyway, this sucked. Need a better operation. Plus I had to still pay for this pizza! While order should’ve been free ??♀️!
It's been many years to experience the type of service I was given yesterday. Staff from the time I walked in til the time I left was friendly, apologetic ( for really no reason just had a lil issue to deal with before assisting me with order)Just want to give staff the credit they deserve. Thank you
The pizza was really good. Don't usually go for Pizza Hut but we had a coupon. Glad I did bc it was great. I'd definitely eat there again. It wasn't crowded at all, our order was made quickly and the girl behind the register was patient, nice & professional.

Having all of the toppings that I had ordered on my pizza would help. The pizza tasted good, and delivery was fast, but my order was incomplete
The delivery was very fast and the pizza and wings that I ordered were fresh, piping hot and delicious when I got them.
I waited at the pickup window for a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The guy came back with the receipt for me to sign. I sat at the window for 15-20 minutes from when I arrived before getting my pizza. I finally called inside and they told me they were very busy inside the restaurant and only had one cashier. Seems like the pickup window would be given priority since my order had now been ready for over 30 minutes. I will go again but I was very disappointed in the service. I spent my entire lunch break getting the pizza.
My pizza was awful to be exact. The crust was so hard it seemed as if they cooked it entirely to long. I didnt call and complain about it because it was late but I will not order from this pizza hut again.
Regardless if you are short staffed or not you know customers are coming to purchase from your store. Give them some type of direction because upon arrival I thought the store was closed and I had already placed my order and paid for it online and did not select the drive thru option. I had to call the store because it was locked when I tried to pick up my order and the attitude of the person answering the phone was a little rude. A message to a manager from another manager..step up your game!! If your location is short staffed then YOU need to find someone to work or fill in the gaps YOURSELF while recruiting!
