Someone ordered me food, they saved my address in their app and we use it quite often and have never had problems, however things happen. Delivery drivers are always nice and helpful. Today, our food was shown delivered, as the person who ordered it was in a meeting and couldn't answer the number calling about the delivery so i tried to call the same number and it went straight to voicemail. I'm pregnant and ordered some pizza and wings. My order was HORRIBLE just like the service. When I called to have the pizza remade correctly or a refund I was told I could only receive a credit. I refused and was laughed at and mocked then hung up on. I went to the store and called and was hung up on again after being offered a credit. Then they called the police and said they had an irate customer. A delivery driver actually came and laughed at me. The officer came and I explained what happened and before she said anything I was offered a refund...after about 30 minutes of horrible service!!! I'm definitely reaching out to corporate. The whole shift that worked tonight should be fired!!!! Horrible Horrible service!
I will NEVER eat from this place again. I asked for extra Alfredo sauce on the pasta and the worker told me she’d add it. She then said they just put in in the oven, even though I literally just placed my order. She said she’d put it on after it came out. Then the manager got on the phone and stated that they could not do that. I asked why I had been told that and she said that the worker has not been through class. Why is she working there if she hasn’t been through a class
I called to switch from cash to card and the woman who answered was very rude. The driver though, received a 20$ tip because I understand that me ordering so late is annoying, yet being annoyed doesn’t constitute being hung up on. Kudos to the driver for being cheerful, shame on your in house staff that answered the phone.
I got a free pizza from you guys it was the nastiest pizza I've tasted!
