Where should I even start.... I paid to have a pizza delivered to my place of residence..... the pizza delivery guy "London" went to the wrong door and then decided to leave before calling me to try and figure out the hiccup..... London then decides to drive all the way back to the store... where I call and speak to a "Janele" the supposed manager if that's her real name... She then proceeds to say that I need to pick up my order because she only has 2 delivery drivers... HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM JANELE??? She didn't even reimburse me for the delivery fee that was never completed
THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE BEST SELLING PIZZA PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS PIZZA....I MEAN SERVED HOT AND JUST RIGHT!!!!
I work really hard all day and I just wanted my lunch on time after I ordered 1 thing over an hour ago. I don't think I'm out of line with 1 star. Today was my first and last time ordering from this location.

We'd watched the NY style pizza commercial for a couple of months. Having company so we decided to get one. Sadly, it was nothing but a regular priced pepperoni pizza that I paid more for. Disappointing.
It took close to an hour to bake two pizzas even though they told me twenty minutes. One pizza was not baked all the way and was still a bit doughy. I’ll stick to Dominoes for now on.

Horrible experience. Girl at the front was very rude and unfriendly. I asked for extra sauce on my garlic knots and her response was “I don’t think we do that”. They were completely dry and had no sauce on them.
I pulled up to papa's John's on 10th St. A big black guy gets out of his burgundy car walk in and didn't wash his hand no gloves on rubbing his hair broom in his hand and cutting pizza this is not how you do business i love papa's John's pizza my favorite make me want to stop eating there
