THIS PLACE STINKS! I didn’t think you could mess Panera up but this place needs to be checked on by corporate because the past 3 times I’ve been they have completely botched the orders. Today i ordered (and paid for) a bread bowl chicken noodle soup with a salad. They did not give me a bread bowl and the salad dressings were less than 1/4 full, not even enough to dip a carrot in. The past 2 times before they us gave small side salads after paying for the full thing.

I went to this Panera later in the afternoon, and asked for a Cinnamon Crunch Bagel. Unfortunately they were out, but a very nice Panera associate (Liv I think?), helped me pick a better alternative from the bakery. It’s great interactions like this that will always have me coming back to this Panera!
I spent 18$ for them to give me the entire wrong order. I ordered a pick 2 with a grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup and a chicken noodle bread bowl. Didn’t get the grilled cheese or the bread bowl. Got 2 half filled cups of chicken noodle and a cup of mac n cheese which I did not order. I will never be coming back, the order is almost ALWAYS wrong at this panera. I don’t recommend going to this location at all.
The food is tasty and I understand they for sanitary reasons they don't put the cream cheese on the bagel but when you're on the road it's very hard to prepare a bagel and drive. The beverage prices are too high so I drink my own water.
Panera bread is always fine, good food and nice people. But today I pucked ip some creamchease, the food debris tells that the place where they keep creamchease has not been cleaned for a few weeks. I used to work in Military dining facility I can emagine Exactly how the refigerator looks now.
This is my 2nd negative experience at this location. Ordered Curb-side pick up to be ready at a certain time. Arrived to the restaurant to pick and the order is no where ready. Was supposed to pick at 12:20 pm and after back and forth on the phone verifying the order and the name, it’s 12:50 pm and the order is not ready.
I wish the app would notify you of every item they don't have and not just one. Twice now I have ordered an item with avocado on the app and when I get the food there is none. Today I got a Baja bowl and the app said they were out if tomatoes, but no mention of avocado being out.
It's usually pretty consistent, but occationally they miss the mark. The concept of a grilled cheese sandwich is like quantum physics to them. However, the chicken chipotle melt is outstanding.
*****EXTREME POOR CUSTOMER drive thru SERVICE...Monday, 1:15P, I drive thru for broccoli cheese soup. Was told they'd have to heat it and it would be about an hour before I could get it. ?????? Now, I'm forcibly stuck in the damn Drive thru behind other cars..by the cement router .... trapped!! Once I finally bolted free, I went to Food Lion, bought Panera broccoli cheese soup in the deli cooler, took it home. Heated in 7 minutes...added cheese on top,, and it was much better than eating at a restaurant that didn't need/want my business...all in less than 30 minutes. More than enough for two of us.. Skip PANERA and go to FOOD LION.
