Poorer experience(s) than expected.My first stop here was met with what appeared to be the location closing early around 7pm. A lone employee was closing up shop in the dining area, and there was no notice posted as to why this was. The place was just closed. Couldn't place a mobile order either, so I feel it was planned, but not communicated anywhere on their building or app.Made a mobile order for my second visit here before deciding to drive there & arrived at the time specified on the app. Had to wait a few minutes for the food in the nearly empty restaurant around noon, no big deal.It was a takeout order so we brought it home to some surprising inaccuracies with the order & very dry, bland rice components on each of our meals. Overall, the food was less than okay & difficult to stomach.This seems fluky so I'll be trying again and editing my review. It doesn't appear to be one of the most popular options in town, and that feels to be related to the food itself. Which, as kind of the theme of this review, is below expectations.
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and the food was as I expected. It was ok, I mean it's a chain Chinese food place I was not expecting much. The staff was very nice though the 2 younger men behind the counter and serving were very quick and very polite. Restaurant was nice and clean inside. If you are looking for a high quality and amazing Chinese food meal this may nit be it. If you want a quick and fairly priced meal that is decent you will find it here.
Would not recommend. I ordered the big plate with 3 entree selections one of which was beef and broccoli. I got all broccoli and 3 tiny crumbs which was supposed to be the beef. Fortune cookies were so STALE and they were out of plum sauce. We also asked for utensils and was told they were in the bag and they weren't. Food tasted just OK. There are so many other better food options available in the area. I won't be back
The staff there was very helpful if I had some coupons I didn't know how to use them they show me what I could get it was very good and the food was awesome be back
Sadly I don’t care for this Panda Express. They are always out of something and this last visit the food don’t taste very good. Dry. They were out of straws for about two months in the drive thru. They must be short staffed, the ones who are there are friendly.
Order is never right. Whenever I go to this location, customer service is horrible. Waited in the drive-thru line. Place the whole order. Asked a question about an item It was met with attitude. Woman stop responding at the mic, then a guy came back to the mic to ask me what my order was again after I waited 5 minutes sitting at the drive-thru just trying to PLACE my order won't be back to this location try to give them the benefit of the doubt but 3diffetent times customer service is just out the window. They need to be retrained.
Ya’ll need to give us a break. We are working severely understaffed because no one likes to work anymore. We are doing the best we can to provide a good experience. And yea we might get a little testy because we are stressed out.Sincerely,A cook that works here
No sign on door saying dining room is closed so you end up looking like a putz yanking on the door, go to the drive thru and play menu tag because you can't see what they have up. If you want a better lunch experience just stop at the Speed Way and get a hotdog off the roller you will be allot better off.
Great experience and great food! Wanting a change we tried this on a whim and wow were we pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere inside is much better than using the drive through and if highly recommend dining in. Upon entering we were immediately surrounded in the amazing smells of freshly cooked food that had our mouths watering. The Beijing beef turned out to be our favorite, but we truly loved everything that we ordered. Definitely worth a try!
The first time I tried to go the drive thru person was very rude and they didn't have most of the menu items ready even after being open for 45 minutes. The second time I went I got a honey chicken bowl which was almost all noodles with about 4 pieces of chicken and it was 7.50. I definitely won't be going back. After all the hype it was totally not worth it at all. The only reason I have 2 stars was because it was quick and the staff the second time was much better than the first time.
