Customer service was good. The restaurant was clean. It did take a while, but that's bc the food is made to order. Food was ehhh. It won't nasty, but it wasn't what we thought it was. The more we ate, the better it was. We ordered extra sauce, which made it better

Do not come here. Waited 30 minutes for food. Demanded a refund. They were processing 6 take out orders ahead of us would give 0 stars. Manager and bagger just made excuses for awful service

Have eaten there many times. Food and service has gotten worse. On January 18th order online and the wait began. After about 30 minutes I was given the bag. We ate inside so the food should have been hot or at least warm, it wasn't. The food looked as if had been prepared for quite awhile. This will be the last time we eat there.

I ordered a salad online. The salad was great! The online experience wasn’t too hot and that’s why it’s 4 stars. I now know what to expect the next time. I plan to come again.

January 11, 2022. 7:00 pm- Had to go through drive-thru. Waited 15 minutes in a line for food that I had ordered 20 minutes prior. Finally got my order and noticed there was no fork included. Waited another 10 minutes in line and told the woman a fork wasn’t in my bag. She proceeded to roll her eyes at my request and stormed off to get a fork as if I was the bane of her existence. All of the staff was unfriendly this visit and I would not recommend the Evans street location.

Not good. Showed up to get our order at the time we were told over the phone to be there and they said they had actually stopped taking orders at 7:50. Meanwhile we had placed the order at 7:45 and had already paid. Showed them proof and they said the kitchen was now closed so couldn’t do anything about it. They also couldn’t give us a refund and said we would have to come back the next day to talk to a manager since they didn’t have the ability to give refunds. Multiple cars in the drive-through with pre-paid orders getting turned away that they also wouldn’t give refunds to.

I had an online order that I arrived late before right after closing (10:01pm) now I understand that I’m late but cmon now…. I’m standing at the door staring at my order on the counter, waving at employees purposely walking by and ignoring me? For a whole 15 minutes?? I’m making this review while standing at the door currently still being ignored. I even called and told what my situation was(which the phone call was recorded) smh. Completely disrespectful. If this is how how they treat their customers then I’m never coming back to this Evans location. Closed or not, you could’ve gave me my order already bagged up. Instead of ignoring me for a whole 20 minutes now. This could’ve been handled differently for sure. Completely out of pocket. Definitely calling their higher management in the next business day morning for this. Coming from out of town, this is the worst Noodles and Company I’ve been too. There shouldn’t be a store running with poor work integrity like this.

Me and about 15 people waited them to open at 2pm. That what the sign said but at 210 the lady said fine in was not opening. Sign should have been updated

My family has Tried to eat here three times in the past few months and every time sign on the door says online ordering. Ridiculous that a business would demand a customer have to load an app on their phone to do business with a customer! You are discriminating against those individuals who don’t have a cell phone, technology or ise a phone like a 20 year old. My business will go elsewhere

Arrived at 12:25 lunch timemain entry door was still locked had to enter through the side door. After standing at the register for 3-5 minutes i was informed by another customer that they were only taking online orders, the staff saw me waiting but never said anything... i understand being understaffed but how long does it take to unlock a door or inform a customer their standing there in vein?
