Food was not the quality, I had once before, kinda luke warm lack the flavor.(yes I know its fast food) but stil. Lady staff was very hyper acting and slightly rude. Had family at cash register and did not know the menu???? Very confusing as they seemed to be pushing other food out and not concerned about walk in. I was very disappointed. Will not come back anytime soon.
The food was fresh,and tasted good.Service was prompt and friendly.Restaurant appeared clean and we'll kept. I would definitely recommend trying this place for those that like Asian cuisine. This is a casual/ fast food type restaurant but,the quality of the food is great!
Arrival of food to the table was a bit longer than usual. Seemed to be short staffed as 1/3 of the tables were dirty. Food was good but just warm when it arrived. Could've been hotter when it came to the table.
First & last…!Ordered for takeout & the female staff who answered the phone was very rude!Hung up the phone before I was done ordering!I tried their ninja shrimp special & it wasn’t to my expectations.It came with 6 small fried shrimps & fried rice for $10.I wanted to try something else but with rude staff I decided not to.Felt bad for the owner.
Horrible experience. Basically rushing me out the store and two women at cash register are very immature. I won’t be coming back. Paid $15 for this lol
When the Japanese lady manager isn’t there, the workers have rude attitudes and create a very unfriendly vibe. You can tell they hate their jobs or lives and probably hate us customers as well.
I'd debated on going in; but while sitting in the parking lot trying to decide, a Fire Truck pulled up, and that was my confirmation! I knew that if Firemen eat there then the food had to Be Great!!!!I was Very Pleased!!It was Oishi!!!
Regularly fantastic. Only reason I gave 4 stars was when I got MCP roll last week there was a faint burnt smell when I entered and i think it was something in the grease because my roll that usually delicious tasted a little burnt on outside.
It's was okay. Reasonable prices but we could do without the war between the kitchen and the front counter...Kitchen NEEDS to listen to the folks at the counter if you want to thrive.
Really great food and the price is unbelievable have been to most other hibachi restaurants in town and this is on par and a few dollars cheaper. Also service was great.
