Came to have dinner at 8:30pm knowing they close at 9:00pm and wanted to quickly get in and out thinking we would have plenty of time. The restaurant was packed full with people dining in and there was a line full of people also. However, they hardly had any food in the line!!! I ordered a bowl and they gave me smaller than the normal portion sized scoops. They also didn’t have half of the options in the cooler so I basically got a bowl with nothing in it. My boyfriend got a burrito that was basically just rice and beans because they skimped on the chicken and didn’t have other options to fill it up. We also felt very rushed and the service was impersonal. They had already broken down the salsa line so we were left with scraping the rest of the little bit of salsa out of the bottom of the container. They had already broken down their tea urns but over half their tables were dirty. All they cared about was getting shut down even though it was 30 minutes before close with a full restaurant. Very disappointed!! We came here over chipotle expecting better food and service. Once I finally started eating my food was cold and not very good. What a waste of money! They had locked their door at 8:50 and had an employee letting people out. This place sucks to go to before close so don’t even waste your time! I’ll be calling tomorrow to talk to a manager because the service was just that terrible!
Never again. Large lunch order was messed up. Not enough chips for everyone at work and placed all the chips in one bag without sauces. Went back to get it fixed properly, still wrong.
Super friendly fast service and generous portions. The free chip bag was abundant with crispy tortillas chips. The salsas available were on point ?. 10 outta 5 stars.
People working there are awesome, great service and attitudes. Food was exactly what I wanted and tasted great. Loved the Salsa bar and selection. Great place to eat.

Unfortunately, I saw the manager (only collar shirt, so assuming) spraying the inside of the glass over the food with glass cleaner, without covering any of the food. He sprayed it down the line on the glass, which contaminated all of the food/prep area with the cleaner. I have no idea why he wouldn't think to cover the food/prep line?? That's ServSafe/NRA 101. Wont be returning.12/08 during dinner shift
Have tried to go there twice within the past two weeks & they have the doors locked at 8pm. The door was locked and the employees would just look at the door and look back away. I will never come here again.
First time eating at this location, service was fast, food was good and you have to try the create your own nachos.
Love Moe's, Moe Mondays are the best and their prices are better than Chipotle. This location has great workers and a good environment.
Great food here every time I come. Can't go wrong here a nice variety of wraps, bowls, and burritos. Definitely worth the visit every time. ??
