Called and asked if they deliver and the guy arrogantly says hang on and transfers me. Then some girl comes on the line and said yes they deliver. I’m in a hotel less than a half mile down the street and she said they do not deliver here haha. I’ll order from Papa John’s no big deal! Try to support local anywhere I go, but obviously they just don’t want the business.
Good pizza. Possibly the worst carryout system I've ever experienced.There is one line for both carryout and order-in so be prepared to add a considerable wait onto your carryout pickup time depending on the time of day/day of the week since you will be waiting in the same line as everyone else whether you called ahead and were told a time to come or not.On a Friday around 6pm the line took 20 minutes to get through to pay for my pizza that had been waiting on top of the oven from the time I walked in.Obviously Friday is a popular pizza night but nearly everyone in the line was ordering in and it seems crazy not to differentiate between the two types of customers.
Edible pizza. Not a huge fan of the crust. They went light on the sauce, but overall it lacked flavor. They do get decent marks for timelines—pizza was done when I got there.
Best pizza in town! Nice crew and fast fixin'! Nothing like delicious New York style pizza in the south! YUM Fold a slice of pie asap!

I called ahead to order my stuff To go. When I got there, there were 4 or 5 people ahead of me in line ordering and they only had one line so it completely defeated the purpose of ordering it to go because I had to wait for everyone to order and then got to get my food. It was just sitting on top up there. The pizza was cold and overcooked like it had been warmed up several times, the wings were undercooked and the skin was rubbery and gross. Definitely do not recommend this place at all.
I waited 45 minutes for 8 wings and 2 soggy slices of pizza definitely not worth the $19. But what I witnessed was even worse. A lady came by to pick up some wings that were left off her order at lunchtime. On the way out she heard a derogatory comment made by a female employee and came back in to question what was said. It quickly escalated into a heated exchange. One male employee literally told her to get the “f” out. He repeated it several times along with some other choice words!! He was brutal. What a way to treat a customer and it was their mistake! I will NEVER order from this location again! No masks, no hairnets, and cashiers standing around playing on their cell phones; bottom line the staff is very unprofessional!!! I wish I could give a 0 star!!!
I’m never one to write a bad review but today was different. I walked in with 6 other people and before even walking in the store the girl was making smart remarks. “Oh thats so many people”, “Oh lord” things of that nature. While trying to order the guy kept saying oh my gosh so many people. Then the woman was filling up red pepper flakes and had no gloves on. She was touching the red pepper and still didn’t put on gloves. The were standing watching a game over helping costumers. Very different than all my other experiences here.
Nothing special. I'm from NJ and cannot find good pizza in Greenville. Or good food in NC in general! Idk what people say that food down south is good.
I came in this restaurant last week to get 2 slices, I had some difficulties with my phone so I couldn’t transfer money into my account. I stepped outside to see if I could get service and the next thing I know, the employee walk out and said don’t worry about it, it’s on us. I’m not sure of his name but he had a blue sweat shirt and a hat on and there was also a young lady that worked on the register with a blue throw wrapped around her.. I just want to say how much I truly appreciate their concern, and helping me out that night. It honestly made my night, to know there are good hearted people out here that cares. Their energy was amazing from the moment I walked in , they were smiling, talking and laughing while still taking care of their responsibilities.. I will always come back to this spot and they have the best pizza!!!l Thank you so much for such a wonderful team!!
