I visit this store at least once or twice a week. Today was the first time I had a bad experience. I purchased an ice cream cone. When I received the cone ice cream was running down the cone and some brown spots were on the side of the ice cream. I had to blow my horn several times along with tapping on the drive through window to get someones attention. When the young man finally came to the window he told me he didn’t see anything on the ice cream I told him I didn’t want it. He gave me another ice cream and thanked him and asked for a napkin. The one he gave me was wet so I asked for a dry one. At that time another young African American man came to the window to hand me one and then proceeded to push my hand that was placed on the inside of the window. I was not aware I had placed my hand there. The young male pushed my hand not once did he ask me to move it. He pushed it and said I did it because you were not suppose to have it in here. I told him he didn’t have to touch me or do that all he had to do was asked me to move it. He said well I moved it. He was very rude and slammed the drive thru window. I took the ice cream cone and smashed it on window and went inside. I talked with the manager about the incident. I told her I apologize for smashing ice cream on window but her employee was very rude and disrespectful. The only thing that kept me from snatching him up in your store is I work customer service and I knew this could have been worst if I would continue to stoop to his level. Check your customer service before you lose more customers. I will not be going back there and will not recommend any one to patronize. The young kids there need a reality check or you will definitely lose more customers.
Ordered double quarter pounder meal and two bites on the burger I had to disposed it.It was too salty...!Fries was fresh and hot from the fryer...!
Our burgers were sloppily made and not prepared as we ordered. My Mocha Frappe was watered down. Disappointing

Ordered on the app and tried to pick up in the spots or inside to save time. When you go to sign into either they are both closed and the drive through takes 30 minutes. Not sure why when the only orders coming in are from one speaker in the drive through. Shut down app orders if you can’t accommodate regular one lane drive through orders. Sat at the speaker with no response for 10 min
I've been to a lot of McDonalds in my life and this is one of five best I've dealt with. Folks are friendly and the service is fast despite hiring difficulties.
By far one of my favorite McDonalds to go to in the area, the staff is amazing. Faisan Is amazing, he has such a beautiful soul and makes a banging ice coffee. He’s very attentive and friendly.. Katie is also amazing she is soo sweet and always makes my ice coffee as well. She has such a beautiful personality.. These two are by far my favorites, so if you want a really good ice coffee I suggest Faisan and Katie…Peace and Love to the whole team, yall are truly amazing!!
My name is Karen and I made a visit to your store was not too happy with my order my nuggets were cold they were overcooked I had ordered two 20 piece nuggets with fries and a tea it would be nice if I can take and get a refund back or get my order refixed but unfortunately that's not going to happen because I've done talk to someone they said they couldn't do anything about it have any questions please contact me
Absolutely horrible I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder at the drive-thru I was told to pull around to slot number 2 and wait for my order so as I pulled around I noticed that they were telling a lot of other people to go to a different spot and wait. I waited this is no lie for 20 minutes and still did not get my food I went inside mad asking where my food is one of the guys said oh they gave your food away then I was outraged and demanded my money back the manager after I told him what I ordered put it in the computer and gave me back less than what I paid for so not only did I not get my food but they actually overcharged me for what I ordered. I would recommend it nobody go there ever unless you like to be ripped off and have your time wasted
I went to McDonald’s early this morning at 2:37am according to my bank. I order 2 McChickens and a large fry. I got home at like 2:40am and ate. 3:00am I start feeling really nauseous. I attempted to lay down cause I didn’t like the feeling. About 5 minutes after laying down I had to jump up and make a run for it. For about 4 or more hours I was stuck in the bathroom with a bucket in my face sitting on the toilet because I was just that sick. My stomach is still cramping and I have a sore throat from vomiting repeatedly none stop. I don’t know what McDonald’s have going on in there but I don’t want nobody else to experience what I did.
