Whoever the guy was making fries today 04/03/2022 between the time of 3:20pm and 4:00pm is rude. All I asked was that I could get my fries replaced for fresher ones. This guy back here running his mouth and I mean he was loud with it. He didn’t wait until I left he was running his mouth while I was there and I don’t usually get out of character but he had me heated. Needless to say the girl at the window was very patient and if she said something about me that’s fine but at least she waited until I left. I worked this industry and you never let the customers hear you complaining about them. I was very nice when I asked them for a replacement I even gave them the original fries back so I wasn’t trying to trick them out of anything. Anyways, I’m not blaming the entire building for his actions but he needs to watch training videos on customer service again !
Tonight I was in the drive-thru, and while waiting for my food, I overheard a homeless man ordering his food. In the drive-thru, and he was on his feet didn’t have a car but had money. They told him he couldn’t order any food because he didn’t have a car. The dining area was close, so he walked thru the drive-thru. My boyfriend and I overheard him pleading to them that he was hungry and just wanted some food to purchase. All they could do was continue talking junk to him and ask him to leave. In the end, results me and my boyfriend went back around to ordering his food and gave him his money back. I was so disgusted with this restaurant because they were not supposed to discriminate.

I order a crisp chicken meal, and the chicken was hard and the bread. Plus it was cold. Took it back and they were upset because I brought it back. Shaking their heads at me. And the second sandwich was a little better but still a little to hard. Won't be getting food from this McDonald's anymore.

Had to use the drive-through as the app will not allow me to order cheeseburger. Happy Meal. I really wish they would fix this already. Takes way too long to wait in line! As far as the food, the grandkids are happy and that's all that matters I guess.
It was fast service hot food and good. But the employees didnt seem to understand the customer's. Then the manager told us they had something thrn the second time we asked he said no. So obviously he's not really paying much attention to the Customer
Bad drive thru experience. First, attendant inaccurately entered our order. Second, we ask for Hi C orange for drinks. The manager who gave us our order told us they didn't carry orange HI C only Fanta orange?. (Note it was on the menu and it's been advertised they returned it to the menu. So we had to pull up and wait for an alternate drink. He then brings the drinks to us, low and behold the are orange Hi C drinks!. Smh
So, I was waiting through the drive through, and the person on the prompt wasn’t trying to work today, then I get my food and got home and noticed my Big Mac was not right! It irritates me I’m hungry and they couldn’t get this right. There’s steps to this not that hard.Sorry to be ugly but come on!!
