Used to be reliable, lately every morning there's a delay of some kind and you get to the window to find out they forgot to tell you when you were ordering that they were out of something, which admittedly wouldn't be that big a deal if it didn't take 10 minutes of sitting in line to find out. 1/5 hit another McDonalds nearby if you're looking for good food and good service.
every single time i go here the food i order is fresh , it’s hot and ready to eat , the fries too , people know they’re notorious for being cold and dead but every time i come to this location my foods always like it just got made minutes before , this might be the best mcdonald’s in greenville
They can NEVER GET AN ORDER CORRECT- I’m always missing something…. Today it’s my husband’s biscuit last time it was my son fries. I have gone above and beyond calling and letting management know and nothing happens. I want to know when I can get ALL MY MONEY BACK FOE THE FOOD WE NEVER GOT?
At 1030 pm tonight the kids nuggets were Old and fries under cooked u would think at this time especially how busy they were stuff would be fresh

Sat here for 15 minutes on Friday 3/18 at 6AM, then sat for 10 minutes on Sunday morning 3/20 at 12:30AM. Absolutely ridiculous how long it took for a McDonald’s. A fast food restaurant.
I ordered my food @10:24 pm and @10:49 pm still hadn't gotten my food I only ordered a mcdouble 2 apple pies I had to drive off without my food because they made me late for work..SMH
Horrible service. They have 2 drive through order screens and are terrible with both. Myself and another vehicle sat there a full 5 minutes before deciding to leave.
Horrible customer service! By far the worst McDonald’s in Greenville! Went in tonight to get a Large Fry and Burger and they filled the fries up half way… plus I asked for Mayo on the burger and they lathered it up there! Lady who answered the phone acted like she couldn’t be bothered nor did she care! Y’all gotta do better!
Don't bother going to this McDonald's. Ordered on the app and waited curbside to pick up my order. Both times waited over 12 minutes and NO ONE came out and one time went through the drive-thru and they had no clue. Called the store and supervisor wanted me to turn around to get my money. Really I waited over 12 minutes and already late to work and you want me to turn around. They email me and no replies back to refund my money. WHAT A JOKE!!!!
