Love, love, love this McDonald’s. One of the fastest locations ever, I’ve never waited more than 8 minutes in line. Most of the workers are kind, I’ve only experienced one that was very rude. Food is always perfect and fast, I always ask for things off my burger and not once have the things I asked for off been on there. Employees do frequently forget to put sauces in the bag but other than that I have no complaints about this location.

The manager is the nicest guy ever. Food was fast and good. The floor is always being cleaned

I thought they closed down all the McDonald's in Russia yet somehow I found myself outside of a Russian McDonald's, well thats the only explanation I can come up with at least since one of the workers denied me my right to Free Speech while playing my guitar waiting for the drive thru and while I didn't have a car, needing to flag someone down but I did have the cash for what I wanted so I was just as much a customer as any of those cars waiting in line listening to their music in their cars, just cause I don't have a stereo to listen to my music or a car to listen to it in doesn't mean I shouldn't be allowed to enjoy my music just like anybody with a car, maybe i was being a little loud but I could have easily toned it down to a reasonable level there was no need to call the cops

I will never return to this location again. It's always a saying that the customer is always right. Well not to this location. They have the rudest customer service ever. They burn there muffins so much that all you can taste is burntness. Coffee is just as nasty. You have to ask for condiments when your in the drive thru. They rush you to order, and don't greet you or say thank you. I called the store and they act like it's ok for this to happen. Not a sorry just a hang up on the customer. I will NEVER be back here again. And you can't call corporate because they never reach out to anyone. They need a whole new crew or people that love there job or who really wants to work. Because the ones they have now are rude to the max

Ordered a meal and the worker only ring me up for a sandwich and drink. When I asked about my hash brown they told me to pay for a whole hash brown. I explicitly asked for a meal and was expected to pay more than the price of a meal to compensate for the worker's incompetence.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! I ordered a quarter pounder and noticed it was raw!!!! This is beyond disgusting ?? I literally start tearing my burger apart to check it and I'm glad I did!

Been to this place three times in the past month during open hours and they weren’t open. If the “labor shortage” is that bad then maybe the aristocrats who own the place should show up for work.

Second time eating here. Did a mobile order. Took nearly 25 minutes to get our food. They finally brought out our food, but seemed surprised when I asked for our drinks. Took them 3 trips to bring everything. My kids food seemed fine. My cheese burger had only cheese and about 1/4 cup of mayo on it and meat look like it had been way over cooked along with the fries. My stomach is paying the price. Probably will not go back there in foreseeable future.

That was a very good breakfast everyone that was with me enjoyed their food very much service was very good too hate that they don't serve breakfast after 11:00 anymore
