I must say our salad, Reuben, and service was a 5. However, with a family you are bound to need a restroom. Oh my, you need to get those stainless stalls out, cause no one knows how to clean. The toilets need to be raised, especially in handicap stall. The whole thing looked horrible. If it’s that nasty in there, it questions the prep area. I love the food, but cleanliness is really important.
First time eating here with a co-worker and didn't know what to expect. I saw the menu and know I couldn't go wrong with a Reuben. We got our food within 15 minutes during lunch hour rush and one of the staff made sure we were good throughout our meal. The reuben was amazing, definitley one of the best I've ever had. I'll definitely be back!
I used to really enjoy McAlister's it's one of the only places in Greenville NC that has actual fresh deli sandwiches...we got lunch there today and the side portions that usually fill the cup and smash against the lid didn't even fill the cup...and the sandwiches that usually come with a pickle and always very full sandwiches are now very thin...I always order the rubin and this time there was barely any corned beef, Swiss Cheese that wasn't melted all the way...Arby's has a better rubin right now...that's really sad...this McAlister's has been slowly going down hill the service has gotten really bad and now the food is matching the poor service...this is probably the last time we will eat at McAlister's...it's ashame we really loved their food
Wow best baked potato I’ve had in a long time! Skin crispy and contents not hard like most restaurants that steam them! Very yummy!
We enjoyed our meal tonight. McAlister's has always a favorite of me and my sons. We had some of their really good brownies and cookies for dessert as well.
I ordered two salads online. Great online experience. I knew what to do and when to get my food as fast as possible. The salad was average, but the Lime Vinegarette dressing made the salad great.
Ordered the McAllister's Deli Sandwich and it was excellent. The sandwich combo was enough food for two people. Great Job!
