Ordered a large to go order for lunch, total of 8 meals. Nothing was missing and it was basically ready when the confirmation said it would be. However, the rolls were horrible and I wouldn't care that much but I heard the people in the back specifically say "These are so bad! No one is going to want these. I don't even want to give them out." However they continued to bag them. Decent place but would rather go to Texas Roadhouse.

There was no wait. It was lunch time. The server came to my table quickly and was pleasant. My order came so quick. The steak didn’t taste like it had the prior week when I was there but it was ok. The hostess didn’t ask if I wanted a table or a booth or if I was ok with sitting in the bar area. I guess because I was there alone. Overall, I rated a 4 star because the service was great!
The food was delicious and the service was great. Took them a minute to acknowledge us but after that everything was Fantastic. A little pricey as well.
Used to love this Steak House, but that was at least 5 hrs ago. Now, the service was great. Lexi, was fast, attentive, but not annoying. On the other hand, the food sucked. My filet and shrimp was so over cooked I could of used the steak as a flip flop(like leather) and the shrimp were just not good. For $30 it should at least be edible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
Kay (server) is wonderful ! Please keep her and hire more people like her ! Good food and Excellent customer service is what me and my husband received !! We will be back soon. I pray Kay is my waiter 💓💓💓thank you Kay !!
Emily was our waitress tonight, and I have nothing but good things to say about her and this restaurant! You could tell they’re jam packed and probably understaffed, but she was very accommodating and made our dine-in experience better than it typically is. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, I would. This is a great location and they never miss a mark when it comes to customer service!
i have had two bad experiences here! from having to send back two steaks, waiting 15 minutes for someone to great my table, and waiting 20 minutes for drinks. me and some friends went out to dinner here tonight. we were greeted and asked what we wanted to drink and eat. so far so good. after our food was sat on the table the waitress never came and checked back in on us. we went 20 minutes with no refill, no check in, no nothing. my boyfriend notices that our waitress is on her phone sitting down. personally, being in the restraunt industry that would NEVER fly with the restraunt i worked for. i then ask the what looked like the manager, for some refills, he says "yea" and gets the bartender to do it rather than our waitress who is still sitting and playing on her phone. the bartender brings our drinks and is extremely nice. and then our waitress comes "everything okay over here" well yeah now it is. very frustrating. we left a $13 tip for our waitress just because karma, but we decided to also tip the bartender $10 for helping us out. service has always sucked here. i don't see myself coming back!
I will not return to to location.. I place a Togo order for a side side add egg… this order was place at 5:48pm… As I sat and waited for my order, I could see multiple waitress fixing their own salads around the guy who was in the salad station.. I waited 25 minutes for a side salad… I asked for a refund and the manager or whoever reached over and grabbed a salad off the table that belong to another order and tried to give to me . I in-turn informed them that I just want a refund. The manager on duty didn’t know how to do a refund with card payment… she asked me can I take a credit instead for my next visit… I reply no and told them to just keep it … it is really ridiculous… I really don’t understand why a side salad a salad side would take this long
Fist time going a few days ago host was not all together. Place seems very unorganized food prep wasn't great.I thought maybe it was just a bad day. Went back today and chicken was very chewy. Waiter was horrible almost like he was on something. Hard time to get him to give my change back. Will never go back AGAIN. I have never had a place like this get on my last nerve.
