Very delicious!! Nice, hot & fresh!! Will definitely keep coming back!!

worst service ever. workers are rude. pizza sucked. after i waited an hour for my online order, they informed me they didn’t have half of my order. but refused to give me a refund because “they didn’t know how to”.

I ordered a pizza meal with bread sticks thorough door dash and I didn’t even get the pizza. And I’m going to assume that they took their phone off the hook because it’s busy every time I call to let them know about my order. And the time it took to just get breadsticks was ridiculous.

The pepperoni pizza ? was fresh and hot ? . Loved the manager rose necklace very beautiful young lady. I appreciate her kindness. ❤

they don’t even deserve 1 star! bad service!!! i’m extremely fed up, im very understanding when it comes to businesses being short staff, but to have to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes just to watch employees walking by like they don’t see someone there. and the fact i called to let them know i was outside they put me on hold for 10 minutes! it’s seriously ridiculous!!

Hit or miss, love little Ceasars but this time coming the pizza looked mutated. One side was new york thin crust the other side was Louisiana deep dish..

Great price. But lately the service has been slow.

The food was ok but they should really work on presentation!! My food was very messy when I got it.

Drove up to the drive thru and waited 10 minutes; backed up and listened for the bell to announce I was there and to check hours, clearly saw someone look at me and get his phone out (cook perhaps) and still waited another few minutes and finally drove off to go to Domino’s. Pizza is good if you are grabbing something quick for the kids; service here is terrible.

Just now leaving Caesars at 11:05 PM on Friday, October 29, 2021. Sat outside the door for 40 minutes to get two cheese pizzas. After waiting the first 15 minutes, they went to hand us the pizzas that were severely burnt, we remained polite and asked if we could get pizzas that weren’t burnt, the associate had an attitude and then took another 15 to 20 minutes to get us our pizzas. We decided to add a order of crazy bread while we were waiting so long because we were hungry, I’ve worked for little Caesars in the past and you typically wouldn’t have to pay for that if not the whole order but we paid for the crazy bread and both of the pizzas and did not complain, too late and trying to do the right thing. Not a single associate said you’re welcome for anything. They were all mute and did not say a word throughout the entire process. Not even a greeting, or a simple sorry for the way, not anything. I’m not a Karen but the workforce is getting ridiculous. Like I said I worked for a little Caesars in the past and this is completely unacceptable and embarrassing. The franchise owner should be aware and get better employees or show repercussions for their actions. It’s a disgrace.
