We let it slide the 1st time thinking it was the end of the night so she just was ready to leave but she ignored us asking how long before food is ready after we payed, than asked for some extra sauce I my self said both she only gives us Soy. Okay we let it go the 1st time but the 2nd time my fiance & I went In to order food, it was obvious she didn't want to serve us so I placed order and the whole time she is having a side conversation, we stepped back and waited patiently she says food ready my fiance walked up to get it and asked for some sauce this lady instead of putting it in the bag she shoves them at us like she was annoyed.Go up the block or across the street NOT THEM

This is my and my husband's favorite place to get oriental take out. We order, and it is ready as soon as we get there. It is always hot and delicious.
General's tso TOFU with light sauce and vegetable fried rice is always delicious
Ordered vegetable lomein n got oodles of noodles. This is ridiculous! Never again!
This time the rice was not as flavorful, but the meat was well cooked.
I am a fan of spicy foods and love it when food has a kick. I have gone to many Chinese spots and I have never been so mistreated like I was by the lady working the register. I haven't come here for a while because this is an ongoing occurrence and I wanted to see if it was still a problem. I clearly told the lady I wanted extra hot sauce because they keep the sauces behind the counter. She only put three packets in my bag. I try and get her attention to get more packets and all of sudden she can't hear me or understand me. She acts like she can't understand me and tries to ignore what I asked for and she finally remarks back and she speaks perfect English like she did when she took my order and told me " that she gave me some, why would I need more" I shouldn't have to explain myself about my food preferences to an establishment that is already over priced. She tried to charge me 1$ more for more sauce packets. Every place I've gone, the sauces have been open to the people. The fact that they need to all the money they can. Food isn't even good. I won't be going back.
That place is VERY RUDE ! Ordered spicy Buffalo wings & when I got home it was not Buffalo it was bbq ! Called & lady said come tomorrow & we will give you another order. When I went up there they wouldn’t give me my food or my money back. They never said anything about bringing the food back which I had thrown away. The man that works there threatened to call the police on me for wanting my food back. Every time I go there the lady working there is always very rude to me & always has an attitude. Never ever experienced something like this at any restaurant I’ve ever went to. If I were you I’d go somewhere else like bamboo garden.

Ordered rib tips and they were horrible. It was only season fat and gristle. I’m beginning to wonder What animal the ribs came from. Call to get the order replace the lady was very rude and would not replace it even if I brought it back.
