Fast food but alot healthier for a good price

I love this place! Got my sandwich quick and it was delicious! The toppings were fresh and they actually put some nice size bacon strips on it! The place was very clean.

I scheduled my delivery an HOUR in advanced, the order showed up wrong AND late… the driver returned with a correct one, but that took an additional hour from the original time I had scheduled… I don’t have availability to spend 2 hours on lunch break when working in health care
Took an hour to deliver. So much for freaky fast!
I asked for no Mayo and they put Mayo on my sandwich. I think the worker was high. Not happy. Not happy at all
They never fail. Always an excellent sandwich! However, when the deliver, they leave the drink in front of the screen door and I can't open it without spilling the drink. Which of course makes me very angry.
I eat Jimmyjohns 3-4 times a week. I’ve worked in multiple cities in NC. This location almost always gets my drink wrong (I have “Arnold Palmer”, and “Mix of tea and lemonade” both written on the receipt every time I place my order). On top of that, the subs are rarely assembled well, the quality of ingredients seems to be lacking compared to other locations.I love the speed and convenience of JJ’s, but this location is really, really working towards losing me as a customer all together. The difference between this location’s products, and New Bern’s products, are worlds apart.TLDR; disappointing, 3/5, would not recommend.
