The worst jimmy johns I ever been too. I will not recommend nobody to come to this one. The customer is the worst. The manager Who Name is John treated me so badly. He wouldn’t put my sandwich in a bag. Didn’t talk to me when I ask him to cut my sandwich the other employee had to answer for him. He didn’t greet me or smile when I came in just the worst and when I ask for his name to report him he told me good luck I will be calling a lot of people just to report him and he was talking about me to his employee and also gave me the hand when I was talking to him. He is the rudest he need to be fired I don’t know how he is a manager no good customer services why get in the customer service business and not have none at all smh.
Husband and I ate here this afternoon, the staff was so friendly! Very refreshing! The subs great as always! Clean dining area; all around nice spot for lunch!
No other sandwich restaurant has the flavor of their sandwiches. They also are incredibly fast !

Do NOT go the Moye Blvd Greenville Nc location! Placed an order for delivery and never received it. Had to go to their location due to not getting my order and all I got was a bunch of excuses. Then I was told my order was out for delivery and come to find out it was sitting in the store. The manager had a nasty attitude because they are short staffed. She never once apologized! Stay away! The manager is rude!

I witnessed an female employee treat a customer like he was a burden just because he wanted to correct a issue on his order. The guy wasn't even being unreasonable or rude about it. I wouldn't bother going here again, it's not like the subs are that good anyways.
Ordered delivery from the hospital main entrance. I was waiting at the front looking out the window and saw the driver circle and left so I called the store. Apparently the driver went back to the store and said that he tried to call me. Wrong number. I told the guy on the phone I was standing right at the window and he drove off before I could even walk outside, he never even came in.My problem is you are a DELIVERY driver. Why are you calling me to come to you? This is why I dont like to tip on my card!He came back and still called instead of getting out to DELIVER the food. I just walked up to the car and got it but they need to train their delivery drivers.
I like them when I want a cold sub I think they have the best cold subs.
