Asked to use the bathroom and they told me “no” and proceeded to say on my way out with an attitude, “merry Christmas”. Like worry about the roach making the subs behind the counter before you worry about me.

Jimmy Jons is great. I’d recommend updating business hours for this location. Placed an online order with the thought that this location is open till 3 am. Got a phone call that my order was voided due to the store closed at 10pm. ??

Friendly staff. Ordered #4 Giant. Was supposed to come with tomato. There was none. The bread was good but one slice of turkey doesn't cut it. If I wanted to eat a plain roll I would have asked for it. Not worth $12.50 I was charged.
Usually great but something was not quite right yesterday but over all meh
Have been waiting almost 2 hours for my delivery. Ordered multiple times from here and been fine. But still have not received my sub and will not answer the phone.
