Restaurant not clean, food not as fresh as it used to be, soda tasted bad. Service was efficient

Ordered online and requested Wheat bread, but got White which obviously had been taken out of the oven way too soon and hardly browned and bottom was way too white (i.e. not completely cooked)
They have fresh subs.
Poor customer service when I visited here Sunday. Took 5 mins for someone to take my order and it was one person in front of me they were caring on a conversation, but want gettinganything. When I told them I wanted a grilled veggie wrap the person acted if they didn't know what I was talking about. So I told them don't worry about it and I left. Want be visiting this location again.
Jersey Mike's Subs are the best. My two favorites are the tuna sub and the big kahuna with steak, I haven't tried the big Kahuna with chicken yet.
Ordered the very popular number 7 (Turkey and Provolone Cold Sub) Mike's way plus Mayo and Mustard. They came back with packs of Mustard ? They then said we are not allowed ? to keep Mustard here ? THIS IS THE ONLY STORE THAT DOESN'T HAVE MUSTARD FOR THEIR SUBS‼️‼️‼️THEN THEY WERE SHOCKED WHEN I TOLD THEM THIS IS THE FIRST JERSEY MIKES THAT I HAVE BEEN TO THAT DOESN'T HAVE MUSTARD
