One of the ladies that worked there she was loud and hollering at the workers. She was very rude and snappy with them. The food wasn't good. We waited a long time to get our food. It was all over cooked. The atmosphere was so different in there. Looks like it's run by different people.
Came in today and had a great breakfast Brianna. She was very attentive and took care of everything for us. Thank you for your great service.
I don’t really do the review thing unlessI have an awful experience, but working in the food industry I know how important it is to Hear the good I came in last week and it seemed I cameI’m during some type of training or maybe while the DOO was visiting I’m not sure but either way I saw one of my old employees working as the greeter and she is currently pregnant so of course that was a BEAUTIFUL start to my visit , me and my dad were immediately seated with my ten month old who was determined to make the biggest mess possible ??, we were immediately greeted and had our orderTaken within minutes and our food shortly after it was truly such a pleasant experience !The next sentences are in reference to the employees standing around ignoringCustomers on their phones….Although some of your employees are gossip queens and need to learn to keep their opinions toThemselves or where the customer cannot hear them. Also facial expressions , if you don’t agree with something I’m allowing my child to do , rolling your eyes and glaring at me isn’t going to change what I’m doing. I make my decisions for MY CHILD & that’s not up for debate ! Thank you. & the prices were a bit high but only cooperate can deal with that.
Ordered a house made milkshake with my delivery order. Was charged $8.49 for a small clear cup that anyone could see was not even halfway filled. On top of that, it wasn’t even the flavor I ordered. Picture below.
Staff is amazing Food is great
My family loves IHOP. My young grandson specifically request to go to IHOP when he comes to visit. The food is delicious. We love the pancakes and the other choices too. Going back real soon.
The food and service are great. IHOP is a bit expensive, for example I paid a little over $4 for a cup of juice. But the overall experience is great.
Staff was great!!! The pancakes weren't hot (just warm in the middle ☹️), two of us got the steak omelette, and the steak was literally charred! ? At first I thought it was just one piece, but it was all the steak in both omelettes. Again, the staff was awesome, but if your food sucks, are you really gonna go back? Not me.
The food is good.I enjoyed my experience there.This is my second visit to this restaurant. It has been years since I've been back.I do recommend it if you love a hearty breakfast. The atmosphere is great too.
Food was cold and took forever , wife found hair in the food and pieces of the ceiling fell off on our food . Manager offered a 10% discount , major health code violations going on in this location. Not only is it bad but it’s unsafe and untimely to eat here . Go elsewhere
