best shrimp and oysters I've had in years. 5 star for sure
This was my first visit to Greenville.Being that we already had dinner at the hotel, we stopped at this location for drinks.The staff was welcoming. I was given the correct bill, but was charged for an order that was double the price of my order.The staff was very apologetic, and of course processed a refund for the incorrect order.
Food was overcooked making it a struggle to get anything to separate from the shell. The flavor is there but the texture was way off. Service was good until you got your food. And then they almost forgot about you until it was time to pay. Oysters were really good.
Ordered seafood boil combination with scallops,shrimp, calamari and mussels. Got home noticed my boil had fried calamari and no scallops....make sure you check your food before leaving the restaurant. Called to inquire about fried seafood in a boil, employee reported they no longer use boiled calamari in boils and they currently use fried calamari,makes no sense to me because the fried food is soggy
It was a great experience! Spent my birthday with my kids here. Great food and service! And not to mention that a robot brought our food to our table! Thanks for the BIRTHDAY wishes as well.??
My 1st time enjoying the experience! I was like a big kid when the robot brought out our food. The food was excellent and the service was Great. They even had the entire house wish me a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!?????

Just had dinner at this particular location of Hook and Reel Seafood Restaurant. I must say the food was delicious I highly recommend the shrimp lovers seafood boil with sausage and the corn fritters. My waitress was Tasha and she was very attentive and saw to it that all our needs were meet. If you decide to eat here please do yourself a favor and ask for Tasha she will definitely take care of you!
I ordered carryout for the first time last night and none of my food tasted fresh. I spent I nice amount, expecting the food to be good quality like a restaurant similar to this one, but it was definitely not worth it. Me and my children agreed the potatoes tasted weird and inedible, the seafood was barely warm, and the sauce just wasn’t good and initially was just at the bottom of the bag and the seafood thrown on top. The woman who assisted me was very friendly but that’s the only good thing I have to say about my experience.
GREAT FOOD! HOT & FRESH! GREAT SERVICE!...... FYI.....A ROBOT BROUGHT OUR FOOD TO OUR TABLE!!!!!! THEY ALSO HAD THE ENTIRE PLACE WISH ME A HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!?????
