We hadn’t eaten at Fuji in many years since we had moved to the eastern part of town. Since we’ve moved back to West Greenville, we thought we’d try it again. The chicken in the Chicken Teriyaki was burnt which penetrated the whole dish, the egg roll was greasy and the miso soup had no flavor. Overall, the food was awful and inedible. We won’t be back.
I use to love going to this place.. but today changed my mind 360!!! So my fiancée and I decided to come here for some take out for dinner. We go to order and specifically request that his food be made a certain way due to his food allergies. So we asked that he have his food cooked on a cleaned grill and no seasonings ( that’s all)!! They agreed so I paid. Well we get his plate and it has SOY in it!! I mean all over the noodles. So we give it back. The second plate looked great so we took it home. He goes through the food once more ( he had a bad feeling) and he finds STEAK!! Right at the very bottom there is pieces of steak in his plate. We called right away to either get a refund or a new plate. One of the cooks came out and told us that the shrimp was already seasoned for the day ?, so I asked why season all the shrimp, so if someone was allergic to your seasonings you would have even told them that you do that? She walks off after I say I just want a refund. We didn’t even ask about the shrimp though so imagine how sick he would have gotten had she not said a word about preseasons on the shrimp. Please don’t eat here if you have allergies to certain things in your food. They will not tell you what’s in it until something happens.
The taste did not excite me at all. Prices a little high not to taste good.
It was amazing! The chicken was super crispy and I loved the rice and sauce. It made perfect leftovers as well!
I did not enjoy eating there today, the atmosphere was poor, dirty, and food over priced. Used to go there for sushi however the sushi bar is now closed.
Food was ok but service and employees attitude was less than good. They do not honor their coupons. They tell you it is only valid when dining in but then tell you the dine in side is closed but yet we ate in. Isn't that dining in?
Good value for massive amount of tasty food.
They went up on their price and went down in their portion. They've always given a large portion. I understand the price increase, but don't go down on the amount of food I'm use to getting.
Honestly walked in, took a wiff and walked right back out…. The restaurant it’s self smells HORRIBLE!!!!Good taste good, but I’d definitely stick to take out….
