32oz lemonade was $15.52 plus tip. Good quality but a little slow.
I’ve never had a problem with this establishment until today…. I went in to pay for my food and experienced horrible customer service. The girl at the register didn’t even acknowledge me. I stared at her for atleast 30 seconds ( she smiled) but she still refused to verbally acknowledge me…which was VERY RUDE!!!I spend money at fresh vibes at least 3 times a week… but I will NOT be returning!!
The three ladies that were working about 4 PM on the 28th we’re by far the sweetest. They were beyond friendly and were eager to offer advice when I had questions! Food and service was Delish!! Place is perfect.ONLY COMPLAINT- I finished my smoothly already!! :-)
I mistakenly ordered from the Charles store today, and went to Arlington to pick up. The girl who helped me made my order super quick and didn't charge me - even though it was completely my fault. I really appreciated that she was so quick and helpful and I will be back!
Extremely happy to see they have sea moss, I was looking for it everywhere. Lots of information everywhere and a very helpful staff.

Drove here for my birthday looking for vegan options. Tried the Loaded Vegan Grilled Cheese with a black bean burger, Mega Veggie Sandwich with black bean burger, Get Toasty and some energy balls. And of course a wheat grass shot.The Grilled Cheese was Panini style and the pepper jack was nice and spicy but not too spicy. Mega veggie was nice, had smashed avocado and the burger has a wonder smoky flavor. The Get Toasty was not as sweet as we thought it would be. It was really good and felt like a French toast. The energy balls were great and the wheat grass was divine. Well worth the hour drive.
I just left Fresh Vibes and asked for 4 16 oz bottles of juice. Said they would be ready in 20 minutes. I do understand they're busy. But to get 4 cups of juice and when I asked for you to put them into bottles. Your response is I didn't take your order!! I want be returning here. Absolutely rude took 40 minutes ?
The slowest employees I have ever encountered. As if they didn’t want to do there job. Was told it would only take 20 minutes which turned to 45 minutes and the place was not busy at all! Customer service was lacking severely! If you hate your job just quit especially if you have to deal with the public..
Helpful staff, beautiful store filled with fresh and natural foods. Found gluten free option for lunch and dessert!
