Looks brand new. Staff were very nice! Enjoyed my coffee while on a work trip. Not a fan of the omelet bites though. They were pretty terrible and I don’t recommend ?
Coffee is sometimes cold when it's supposed to be hot. The doughnuts are delicious and the orders are almost always right. Some of the employees are so sweet and magnificent. But the place is not always the cleanest so sometimes it makes me wonder about the food. It may taste good but you never know what germs are inside.
Nice glass display for donuts and pastries instead of behind counter. Nice atmosphere, nice tables, as well as charging ports on their high set tables.
The attitudes at this Dunkin are always a mess, but man they rarely ever miss with the iced coffee. They make it great every time.
Found a nice little Dunkin ornament while I was having my Wife’s Birthday morning caramel kraze signature latte made! Will visit again and definitely recommend!
For years my husband and I have been buying senior coffee x2 with half and half and sugars on the side. Before Covid and after the drive through opened during Covid. On Sunday, April 10 2022 my husband bought one senior coffee and a French crueller. When he arrived at church he put in the creamers and sugar, stirred it, after stirring he noticed a black dot in the coffee, thinking the dot was part of coffee grounds proceeded to put the top on and started drinking it. It tasted very bitter, but he drank it all down. According to my husband about 10 minutes later his stomach felt funny a lot of saliva built up and he started spitting out about every so often. All during service he felt funny but waited to go home. We arrived home about 11am and immediately he went to the bathroom and the works started and has not stopped 7 days later. I contacted headquarters and they reassured we should hear from the franchisee maybe in 2 days. Well I hope so, any way we are done with Dunkin donuts. I pray no one else goes through this, if you do let corporate office know.
Rude . Its true when they say one person can make a business look bad especially one thats been in business for YEARS !! Takeisha wasnt very helpful explaining the menu & what their products consisted of , it was as if I was a bother to her. Wont bisit this location again. Ill stick to the Firetower location.
Walked inside this location 3 times in a 6 day period around 7:10am to buy donuts for my students and had a lovely experience every time. On my 4th visit I walked in to buy coffee for myself and I was promptly told (by a an employee i hadn't seen previously) that inside the store was closed until 8am and that I had to use the drive thru. I'll stick with Starbucks instead when I come back to this area work and buy my class donuts elsewhere.
I had the avocado toaste, which was delicious, I just wish it was served warm and not chilled! I also had a Iced Carmel Mocciato, and a donut of course! Food and Customer service were great!
Jaquan is the best. I said granulated sugar at the speaker and he ALWAYS checks with who made the drink to make sure it was done how I asked. I honestly can't say how much that means to me. He actually cares. Props to Jaquan
