Stopped in for an array of donuts for our daughter's softball team. Mid afternoon. Very poor selection and not close to fresh - donuts were hard. Staff friendly but lackadaisical...just didn't seem to care. I smiled, left and never plan to return.
Friendly service, can get congested at peak times, but worth the wait.
I have gone here countless times, always trying to give them another chance but not ONCE has my order come out correct. Asking simply for a iced French vanilla coffee and receiving straight pumpkin syrup instead was repulsive, if you’re going to screw up my coffee at least give me something good!! You can tell the employees are only there for the hours/money, and it shows in their products. They completely fail on customer satisfaction and I hope they hire a completely new staff soon because the other dunkin is far and always busy (because they have good quality food and drinks). I’ve probably spent over $100 on whatever drink the employee wants to make that day instead of what I actually want. OUTRAGEOUS
i ordered delivery from this store and i literally couldnt believe how disgusting the food is. i got queasy on just the first few bites, AND they got my order wrong. on the app i paid for munchkins and i received NONE. not even on the store receipt, and yet the app said i paid. what a waste of money.

After a very long wait in the drive through (and I completely understand that) the lady who took our order and the old who gave us the coffee was completely rude to us, we were over charged (8$ for two med iced coffee) and it was not made the way it was ordered. When we told her it was not made correctly she got very rude and impatient with us, took the coffees back and then handed it right back the same way! I will never go back! The worst service I have probably ever received!! I hate the fact I even had to give 1 star!
This could be a personal preference as I've never had coffee from here before, but the coffee was nasty. I threw it away after two sips. The ice was melted as though they made it when I ordered it in the app and it sat on the counter half an hour too. You better be careful about ordering in the app. You've paid and you're locked in at that point, even if you're willing to throw away the money to get out of here, it's a single file drive way in the drive through. You can't leave. You can't go inside and get your order to avoid the drive thru either. I sat in this heat in the drive through line for 20 minutes.
