She cared about the presentation of the donuts, and it showed in how she prepared them. They were neat and correct.Best donuts I've had. Fresh cake donuts made to order. There were endless combinations, but I was able to narrow it down to exactly what I wanted. The donut itself was tasty and delicious. So the toppings were a wonderful addition.I've found a new donut home.

The best donuts I’m in love
I really love the place, great donuts & everything else. Staff gets too busy the focus on what they’re doing. This is the 3rd time I have been & gotten a s’mores milkshake & it isn’t made correctly or at least the way it is advertised to be made. Please either fix advertisements or train them better. Just want my milkshake made right. They always forget the chocolate & marshmallow syrup on the side of the cup & graham crackers.
First time in a Duck Donuts. Didn't realize they made them fresh and asked where all the donuts were!? Amazing selection, but their cake donuts were greasy. Not sure if it was the time of day (grease temp) or the process. Donuts were made fresh and decorated warm. Very hard to appreciate them with the cake semi saturated in grease. Always looking for a great local donut baker. This is not it.
Kept hearing awesome things about this place so I finally got the family in there. Lemme tell y'all - the only thing that is disappointing is that this place is 45 minutes from where I live!! The donuts and staff are EXCELLENT! Gonna have to make the trip back every month or so at least because it is worth it!!! My son said "110 stars out of 10". Happy customers here!!
Now this place I love love the fresh home baked cake donuts. I had 2 Cinnamon n Sugar plus the maple bacon donuts. They are always good hot and I had a small coffee too. I just live Duck Donuts, we need one in Rocky Mount, NC.
This is My 1st time and definitely will not be my last. From the time I walked through the door to the top and left I felt like I was at home . The sheer pleasure of watching Madonna's be prepared in front of me yesterday and iced was truly a sight to behold On top of The service that I received and the milkshake . Truly one of Greenville's finest gems
