Domino's on 10th Street Greenville NC sucks,, I never received my order and I will NEVER each from there again....they were rude and messy
I ordered a large cheese hand toss with extra cheese, steak, and green peppers for pick up. When I arrived I checked my pizza and it was totally different from what I order, it look like sausage, bacon, and thin crust and barely any cheese on it… I don’t eat pork , so that was extremely unacceptable and I had to wait another 10-15 mins for them to redo my order… Once I got home the pizza was not to my liking, it was tasteless and certain spots had too much sauce with not enough cheese… needless to say I will not return back to this location, customer service is very big to me and that’s truly something that they lack in… I was very dissatisfied. Hopefully they do a better job and take a little more pride when handling food..
I live 5 minutes away and it took an hour to get my pizza. It was room temperature. 2 stars because it actually tasted great after a few seconds in the microwave.
It took over an hour for my food to arrive. My driver didn’t even bring the receipt with the pizza. He went back to the car to get it. I still left a tip because it’s approaching holiday time. My food was Luke warm and it didn’t taste the greatest. My kids literally took a bite and then asked if they could be done because they didn’t like it. I’ll never order from them again.

I was excited that it says at the app that i will receive a free pizza if I did not received my order in 2 mins, I waited 3 mins and they stopped the clock at 1:30 mins saying that I received my order when I did not. Then she didnt gave me the whole order so she had to go back to get the rest. I am just saying that, why do they have a 2 min service if it is not true and they are going to stop the clock saying the customer received his order when it is a lie.
Used to really like this location. But last few times I ordered, pizza wasn't completely cooked. The last two time in a row, Pizza came with no sauce. Weird once, very disappointing twice.
Subs were overcooked. Service was not good. The only positive was the garlic parmesan knots.
