Good Evening, I was down visiting my daughter in Greenville and attempted to put in an order for delivery, I was told that you do not deliver in the AREA DUE TO THE DRIVER BEING ROBBED. I explained that my daughter's home is at the very beginning of the area. My call was then disconnected. I called back again and attempted to put in the order for pick up as I attempted to give the young lady my credit card the Young woman on the phone kept dozing off before she completed taking my credit card.I have had my fill with poor and indirect micro-aggression racism. At this point, I don't know whether to call the news team to bare witness to the fiasco you call a working crew or just file a complaint with the better business bureau. I think it's atrocious that you have not resolved the issues you're having, by hiring better and fit and cleanly people for this place.I think the only resolve is to file a complaint with the better business bureau. Or maybe I should call the NAACP and let them know how Black patrons are treated in your establishment. Disgusting!!
Food came raw, team wouldn't help. Manager called me a piece of s*** and said that the customers were trash and they didn't give a S***, they don't need my business, that were not important. "Justin" the night manager squeeled at my wife because he was busy and didn't want to help. Go anywhere else, to any other company or just grab a digornio, at least it won't be raw, and you won't get yelled at for trying to get it fixed.
The worst experience last night trying to order 1 pepperoni pizza. The online app wasn’t working on my phone so I went on the inside to order and pay. I figured it’ll be up to 20 minutes so I hung around the store and see it says completed on the tv screen on the inside after 15 minutes. I go to the register to pick it up and they can’t find it and the crew were all screaming and fussing at each other so loudly that I asked for a refund and went to Pizza Hut to get that 1 pepperoni pizza. They were fussing because they couldn’t figure out what was going on with orders. My 5 year old loves Domino’s so she was let down.
This is the worst Domino's I have ever had,I ordered 2 Handmade pan pizzas ,who ever made it should be fired, dough was soft like half cooked, , asked for cheddar on one pie you can actually see about 6 shreds of cheddar ,both pies were messy and sloppy,basically digusting,who ever reads this review please stay away from this domino's ? ,unless you like horrible pizza....
I just ordered a pizza from my local dominos that I have ordered from many times. I called as soon as I got home with the pizza I noticed that it was rock hard. I called the dominos back and they were very rude on the phone and said that they don't burn pizzas. I asked if they could remake the pizza and I would be willing to drive back a second time and pick it up. This pizza is for my child so I was worried that they would spit in the pizza or something so I called back less than 2 mins later and they said that I could not cancel my order or receive a refund because I received the first pizza. They would not give the the manager's name because they are not "legally allowed" to give out managers names and said I'd have to contact GM. I mean I guess kudos to Dominos for protecting their awful managers as hardcore as Jeffrey Epstein's clients are protected
If i could give negative stars, I would. Never until i moved to Greenville, have I ever dealt with such an unprofessional establishment. Ordered my pizza, an hour passes still don't have said pizza, i call this store and im told that the delivery driver knocked several times on my door and that i had to now go pick up my pizza that's already taken an hour. First the delivery driver never knocked on MY DOOR, i don't think he even attempted to look at apartment letters. Secondly, WHY IS IT THAT I PAID FOR DELIVERY AND GET TOLD TO GO PICK UP IN STORE? DURING A PANDEMIC, what if i can't go pick up which is why i chose DELIVERY in the first place!!!!!! Unprofessional is all i have to say.
Horrible staff. Uncooked wings. Still raw and cold on the inside. Employee Katie and manager tried to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about cause they are precooked wings. Even so they have to be placed in the oven at the right temperature for the correct amount of time in order for the wings to be done. They assumed I wanted more wings but I just called to complain. The supervisor number that was given to me for a Tommy doesn’t work and it wouldn’t allow me to leave a message for him to return my call. If the people at this store doesn’t like their job they should quit!! Customers expect great quality especially when their hard earned dollars are spent at your store. I will never order from this store again and I pray this place gets it together.
Will never go to Dominos again. I had a gift card that had 55.00 on it they said it was zero dollars, if so it's because they stole the money off it. Poor service no help at all, do not honor ads that are on tv, did nothing to help find out what was up with my gift card just going to keep saying it has nothing on it. The last time I used it was at this restaurant so it it is now zero they stole it
We waited for an extremely long time to have our food to be delivered. Come to find out that my order was canceled because of information that did not show up on their end. Let them know I understand things happen and asked why I was not informed. I would not have of had a problem even with a late delivery. I would consider a phone call explaining why my order was cancel and fixing the problem to be a priority for good customer service. The guy on the phone said they tried to call me, literally lied to me because I did not receive a phone call. Then proceeded to say to call in to make the order rather than use their online service in a tone as if it was my fault I used the online order option. This needs to be addressed.
Bad customer service. Manager was very disrespectful. They put over a half pound of cheese order was wrong. I never received a new order…
