The delivery driver was very nice but our cheesy bread is raw and now we have food poisoning. So that’s not very good.
The wings barely had any sauce and I got no ranch. Oh yeah and I did not get my drinks either. I called and the person didn't even ask for for my name or number she just assumed which makes me think it was intentional..and didnt apologize for for either. I was told it will be another 45 minutes as if customer are lined up at the door..yeah right.. I don't know why I expected a correct order with the terrible reviews. Well here is another. THIS is why I don't like to tip.
One of my pizza wasn’t cut and not cooked firm entirely too mushy while the other pizza barely had any sauce and was missing the garlic butter crust. The cinnamon twists were flat and not that great. This is my go to Domino’s and normally get good food. Whoever was working this afternoon didn’t give a care about how they prepared my food that I PAID for.
Paid for extra sauce and cheese but got it soaked and so soggy everything fell off trying to pick it up. Pile of mush. The bacon tomato chicken had two small pieces of bacon with no sauce. Offered me 60 points towards a pizza. ?
Terrible ….they will give you raw wings and not care at all and barely want to give you a refund pizza is good sometimes then next time it won’t be …delivery drivers are always nice tho
I received a coupon with my pizza and two more in the mail. According to the store they expired over a year ago and cannot be used. As you can see in the photo I received one on Wednesday f this week. The manager states nothing they can do about it, but I am free to contact corporate @Dominos. Not to mention Charles Blvd has likely the rudest manager I have ever spoken with. No more Domino's for me.
So, ordered $35 worth of food and apparently the quality checker got bored with their job and thought that a pasta bowl that was burnt and more than half empty was okay! Maybe there was some fine print that I missed while ordering. The picture on the website shows a decent amount of pasta in the bowls, but that was truly not what they made for me. What was the picture game we played as kids...oh yeah, spot-the-difference!Actually, I may have to question the training protocol because the Stock Picture was what the end goal should have been, but the four pictures of what I got clearly were not the end goal! Then again, maybe someone was hungry and felt that I did not deserve the ordered amount! Maybe Domino's scaled back the quantity and quality of their products and I did not get the memo! Simply amazing, to say the least.
Ordered a pizza tonight, but the quality checker was sleep! Maybe a good lighting filter will make the "raised burnt spots" on my pizza go away!They even had a very appealing promotion about "ALL PIZZAS ORDERED FROM 4P TO 9P WOULD BE 49% OFF THE REGULAR MENU PRICE"! Maybe I misunderstood that to mean the price of the pizza rather than the quality! Maybe there was some fine print that I missed while ordering!I attached a picture of what I got and the stock photo from their website. Maybe they have a really good lighting feature that makes theirs look so much more appealing. Anyway, I'll still order this pizza in the future, but I'll have to try another location cause this location clearly does not have a QUALIFIED QUALITY CHECKER!
I just called and ordered a pizza to my house. They were so rude and unprofessional and when I gave them my card number they said “it went through” and hung up! They didn’t even tell me how long it would be for my pizza to be here.
