Food was good, staff was extremely friendly, waitress checked on us multiple times and brought drink refills before we asked. Only complaints are that there was no designated host, so waiting to be seated took a couple minutes and so did paying our bill. Also, the menus had pages that stuck together, so hand sanitizer is a must after handling. They do have hand sanitizer at the register.
Super classic Denny's experience - the service was excellent, seriously our waitress was so so nice, patient, and funny. Food is classic diner fare - decent vegetarian options, not much for vegans as they don't have the Beyond meat offerings at this spot right now. For a good old fashioned diner experience though it's exactly what.youre looking for and truly open 24 hours with lovely staff, iconic booths, clean restrooms, and classic food.
Just left the restaurant with my sister and dad who normally enjoy eating here. Unfortunately they had a horrible experience today. The restaurant wasn’t busy and eventually we were seated. The waitress was initially friendly and took our order without writing it down. I only ordered onion rings, which came out a good 15 minutes before their food. She greeted them with their food by saying. “ok what’s wrong with this” as she set it on the table. My dad’s eggs were over cooked, the pancakes were ice cold, he got potatoes he didn’t order, and we never received any refills. Before we even left she was loudly talking to other employees about us. I just quietly observed. This negative experience could have easily been turned a bit more positive with a positive attitude. Vent to your fellow coworkers in private.
I ordered through door dash. Really good food except my dessert was missing. I did get a credit so I hope it's there next time I order.I give this restaurant high marks for the really tasty food!
Arrived at5:50am. 3 customers, 6 staff. 10 minutes to ask for coffee. Another 5 to get coffee. Asked 3 times for a menu. Ordered food at 6:20am. Asked for 4 eggs basted/over easy. 6:40am, Got scrambled & hot cakes going to be another 10 minutes. Sent food back. Time to go to work though. Was going to be charged coffee but smart manager comp'd coffee. Waitress was uninterested in working. Refill on coffee was difficult to get. Not happy.
We came in with a big party and there were limited employees but we can tell they tried really hard to serve everyone. It was also pretty late but they were really kind and understanding. Really great customer service.
Sad experience this visit. It took a few minutes to be seated and about fifteen minutes to get our first drinks, but the server was trying really hard to please all of the customers, even those being served by her missing supposedly coworkers. We waited about thirty five minutes to get our food which was for me simple scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and hashbrowns. No they weren't very busy at the time of my arrival. Other customers noted the same thing as they passed my table upon finishing their meals. Top it off with a nearly five plus minute wait to pay.
I know this is not all Denny's fault. Went to eat there today, (Sunday). Well we waited an hour for our food. This was morning breakfast. I asked the waitress how much longer before we got our food. She didn't know . The kitchen staff was backed up. It could be "a long time" she stated. Well, I had somewhere to go and could not wait any longer. I told her to cancel my ticket and we left. I was not happy and I was late in leaving to take my grandson home 2+ hours away.
Cheesecake was foul! It tasted rotten and same with the strawberries on it! Do the employees even check to make sure things are NOT expired?
Brandon...the first little guy to try the chocolate chip cookie dough pancakes at this location...said that they were good!
