This is the first cookout I've been too that charged me for a soda when the tray comes with a drink. I got the Cook Out Tray Jr and paid $9.38. I unchanged the hot dogs only so it should have been around $7.
It seems this place has gotten MUCH better judging by the negative reviews in the past few months. The only "bad" things I can say is once I didn't get Cajun seasoning on my fries. Not a big deal, have that at home.Once they got mixed up when I asked for an Oreo M&M milkshake and rung up for two milkshakes, but it was fixed.
Food is good. Customer experience was off today. I had to repeat my order 3 times. I am not sure if it was the electronic system or lack of attention by the staff.
Found this in my burger... Disappointing. Not sure what it is but feels like paper. Come on guys be more careful.
Went there for the first time last week and got the cheddar style, made a second trip same weekend. It's Worth the Smell of the burger, alone.
Burger and.fries under cooked and unable to eat. We had already left or would have had them fix the issues. No straws or napkins given in bag so had to turn around. However the guy at the window was very nice.
Worst cookout I have EVER been to. Firstly, the cashiers have the nastiest attitudes. They could not seem like they hate their job any more (um HELLO sounds like cruddy management) secondly, in the middle of a pandemic, I was handed an UNWRAPPED paper straw- bare straw, that my cashier with no gloves handled and expected me to drink my drink out of. My final complaint is that a weird bug was found in my milkshake, and I didn't take too kindly to that. I get they can fly in with the windows opening and closing, but the entire shake area (visible to customers) was filthy and looked as if it had not been cleaned recently. The sanitation rating was 96%, but I'd be willing to bet if an inspection happening right now, they would fail!!! Do not waste time or money here with nastiness and staff with poor attitudes.
Very delicious burgers at a very good price, very fast service. Employees seemed happy and well paid. I don't go to other drive-thrus, because this place has better burgers than the $10 restaurant burger.
They really can’t be bothered to put Cajun season on the fries anytime you ask for it.
Every ECU college students' go-to place when they're feeling... Greater than usual... Idk about y'all but the onion rings are hit/miss however the fries are always greasily on point!
