This is one of my favorite places to eat! When I was on my weight loss journey, I ate Chipotle every Saturday night. The food is always fresh and because they don't use all the extra preservatives and gunk in their ingredients, it seems to be a healthier option when compared to other restaurants in the same category. I have always received very good service at this location, also.
Why do you have the online order feature when you still have to ask the cashier for the order?And why are you not using your own mobile order pick-up station? The layout of the cashier and the mobile order pile-up creates so much unescessary crowding.Came here with my fiancee and my order was late, but still 20 minutes before my fiancees food was ready.We then realized that her order was made about 10 minutes before they handed it to her. It was cold and insipid and a waste of money.
Worst chipotle I’ve ever been too. I waited an HOUR for a mobile order after the pickup time! Nobody knew what they were doing and I don’t blame the employees, I blame management for this. Everything was so messy and all over the place. My food was cold and bland, the whole experience was ridiculous!
I placed an order for three different burritos each with different toppings and when it finally got to us it was cold and every one of them was wrong. Each one of them was the exact same, just lettuce, tomato, sour cream and black beans and rice. definitely not what we ordered.
Definitely not the best I've ever eaten. Food was cold, the only thing that was warm was the peppers and onions. Nothing like this place used to be. Disappointed
Ok. First thing first is the food was good and not bad at all. Second thing is when I asked why my double meat looked skimpy, the preparer put more in the bowl without an argument ensuing. I also left at 9pm. This is the only problem I really had here. Every single garbage can was filled to the brim with trash and also there was some trash left on tables. The customer service was good and the food was excellent. The store has a 98 grade as well. Overall I had to give y’all a three. If the trash was taken out and was cleaner in the store I would give a 5 all day
If you go in person in the line they will give you enough servings. However, if you order online they will give you about half the servings of the ingredients. BEWARE!
Dejaun (sorry if I’m spelling this wrong) but I’m blown away by how kind this man was during my visit today. Im not sure who the manager is of this location but I certainly know who it should be. The world would be a much better place if everyone was as kind as he is. A+!!
Manager came from back of location to yell at employees in front of 20-25 guests. Manager demanded employees to repeat out loud “I will not offer a side of salsa due to a portion cup shortage”. I felt extremely embarrassed for the employees behind the counter today.They deserve better.
Always a delightful experience. The crew at the Greenville blvd location is super fast and friendly.
