This Chick-fil-A is in a central location and is always one of the busiest one in town.The food is great but if you are going for lunch, expect to wait for a good 15 to 20 minutes to get through the line. They manage the drive through pretty well.All in all, this is a pretty good place to pick up a good lunch.
Worst experience ever at a chick fil a. Waited 30 minutes in curbside and no one had left the parking lot. Drive thru was moving fine though. Called and canceled and no explanation offered just have a great day. Will not be going back there ever again. They need to hire better staff with better customer service and that know what the hell is going on. Because no one knew what they were doing and it was obvious.
Don’t let these fake reviews fool you, absolutely the worst Chick Fil A I’ve ever been too. On multiple occasions had waited 25 mins or more for my order. Forgot items on the sandwich and sauces is a common occurrence as well attitude for the workers. Phone number doesn’t work. Just awful about every time and traveling out of the way is better than going to this specific location.
Service is terrible at this location. Everyone that raves about Chick-Fil-A must not patronize this location. Management is terrible. They do not value employees. You'll be lucky to get what you order. 3rd time in a row my order was wrong. Management doesn't seem to care. If all locations we at this same level, we wouldn't have any Chick-Fil-A stores.
Delicious food as always. The service was FAST and they brought our lunch out to our table for us. Excellent customer service as well, by the professional staff- yes young people, however they are trained well and very respectful.
I wasn’t so happy with this location. I love Chick Fi La in their values but this location didn’t represent this lovely company. I thought my coffee would have came already with cream and sugar, but I had to put the cream in sugar in myself. The young ladies in the background was too loud the associate couldn’t hear my request as she took my order. I had to keep repeating myself. The side conversation continued as I received my food.
Never had bad Chicfila until I came to greenville. Mac n cheese the other day was half burnt.
I've been going to this Chick-fil-A over the past 15 years and it's been great, but recently the last 2 1/2 years or so, quality has really started to decline. I'm not sure if there was a change in management.Employees aren't very friendly, they also stopped doing whip cream and cherry on shakes just to save money. They've forgotten my side many many times, and online support will not refund you. Don't waste your time here, go to the one in Winterville instead, it has faster service and better quality.They were much better here precovid.
Food was amazing and customer service was great. However i was very disturb when me, and my aunt went to pick up our food from curbside pick up. The very same young man that held a gun to my aunt head, and robbed her, came out to bring us our food. My aunt notice his face and voice instantly. Justin Ebron is a convicted felon that went to prison for armed robbery, and should not be working with the public in that manner. My aunt did 5 years of therapy because of that young man choice to hold a loaded gun to her head. I cant get the sight of my aunt crying hysterically. I'm so shocked and appalled they would hire someone without doing a background check thoroughly on their employees. Needless to say WE WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!
This is my last and final time here. Multiple times I’ve came here, my food has been incorrect, or the actual food was old. Especially the fruit. The fruit bowls are absolutely disgusting. The fruit be old and not fresh, it taste kind of fermented and smell fermented and wineyish as well. Also the actual people that work here are not friendly at all. Many times I’ve been up here and hardly any words were exchanged, I was greeted, or something was said back in a harsh manner. They don’t believe in putting your condiments in a bag oan, the line wait times be atrocious.
