My husband didn’t transfer money into the main account. So when I went to pay, it didn’t go through, but the manager pulled her own card out & paid for my daughters meal. Which she didn’t have to. So grateful for this manager!!!
Chick-fil-A restaurant has been my favorite since day one in Greenville but here lately my chicken has been fried very hard and dark not too pleasing to the eyes

Two employees today helped bring a smile to three children in the food court today that. Special thanks to Jose and a blonde female with the cow print mask working cashier. They both were extremely friendly and helped bring some light to a gloomy day.
It's America's favorite for a reason
I frequent this location for 2 reasons: I used to work here back in high school plus it's around the corner from my job, so I can come here for lunch and be back in time. Today I went and I felt incredibly unwelcome. The cashier Imani said 2 sentences to me: "I can help the next guest." and "Can I get a name for that order?" No "hey how are you?" or a smile. Yes I can tell if you're smiling even with a mask on. She didn't look happy at all like she didn't want to be at work. I didn't even get a thank you or have a nice day. The food was delicious as always, but the cashiers are the first smiling face you see when you walk up to the counter.
