Don't order online it doesn't actually help the employees and you will still be served after those who walk up or be told to park after 15 minutes in line and the 15 minutes that have already passed from point of ordering. Expect triple wait times and cold food. Understaffed at a glance. Doordashers also taking a loss by accepting any orders to this location. Hopefully back to the Checkers we know and love soon.Edit in post (10 mins) 2 napkins and no cutlery for a larger order including items that REQUIRE a fork. Extremely dissatisfied, at least the food is decent.
I came here, and i accidentally went through the wrong side of the line, being it was my first time here. I was by myself and i am pregnant so i can not reach over to get the food due to my back problems. When i got to the window i nicely told the cashier i was sorry and i would pull forward and get out to get my food. She told me “no i’m right here” i said i cannot reach it she yelled and said “take off your seatbelt then” i almost dropped my drink , and she told me not to snatch anything from her while i was grabbing my food. i don’t know what her problem was. but teach your employees to be courteous or atleast try to make an effort to listen to what a customer says. will never return.
Didnt not go through drive thru but food was still fast. Only took 10 min and i was back on the road. Food was alittle cold but they was very busy cars was all around the building Fry's was really good though

I always have a bad experience with the staff here. Very disrespectful and they gave me an attitude when I wanted to change something in my order. I heard the lady cussing at the register. I wouldn't go here, the service makes the food bad.
I got my once a month Big Buford combo and was highly disappointed.Up til this time, they've been on point.This one barely had any lettuce and overall the sandwich was kinda dry.The fries & drink we're good though.....

Get the French fries are the best along with a 5 dollar grab bag very reasonable price .cheeper then Anny other place
I've been here a couple times and if I was just judging on food I'd give it 4 stars but the customer service was terrible both times. Previous time I went I waited 45 minutes to have something missing from the order and food was cold.
Great Service. The young gal at the take out window was very friendly and accommodating.Very speedy service.
