I haven’t been here in a while and the place was almost empty when we walked in. We were greeted and served our drinks pretty quickly after being seated. We only ordered fries and wings but it all was delicious! We had 3 different wing sauces and each was nice. The fries were piping hot and the beers were cold. Nice experience! I will return!
I went before and loved it. Tonight, 4/29/22 they were off their A game. No wine, no silverware, given plastic utensils to cut meat like ribs, people over drinking and vomiting on the sidewalk. The waitress was very nice an as attentive she could be during the increased people showing up. The host, seemed confused and possibly on a substance?My prior visit, the food was excellent, the beer was cold, the service was amazing. It was a Thursday night.I will be back because I do like this restaurant. Just hopeful they may make some improvements. ?
Food wasn't what I expected at all but customer service was great and the drinks. No real chefs in the back but the prices was set like the food was all cooked fresh. Salmon was very thin like it came out the pack and was $16, and the chicken tenders tasted burnt.
TERRIBLE. We waited over 2 hours before we received our food and we only ordered appetizers for a party of 6! And sadly, the food was not fresh. Our waiter was also the bartender, he was very pleasant and working as hard as he could, but the service all around was awful. Hire more staff, limit the occupancy, or close!! I would NOT recommend eating here.
Giving 4 stars because the staff was amazing and tried her very best to make sure I was OK. She actually gets 5 stars (the bartender)My food was horrible but I also know that it's not always this bad. I ordered wings and they are the pre-breaded party wings and my fries were cold. Sent them back twice because they were not done well and second fries came out hot but very salty. I would say give them a shot and see for yourself because we all have our bad days.
I've been here several times and always enjoyed it fine except for recently. I dont know if it's just new management or issues with starting fresh after the pandemic but it seemed like there was several employees just standing around not doing anything dispite there being broken glass on the floor. Maybe they were all being trained, I know places are having a hard time finding workers but even the food wasnt good. The sauces on the wings were just...bad. I dunno.I'll try it again in the summer but pretty disappointed this go around.
Food was very good , wait staff was very good. Wait time was acceptable. Atmosphere left a lot to be desired. We were surrounded by unruly and constantly complaining customers despite the fact the wait staff did everything humanly possible to please them. These people should have been shown the door!
Seated instantly...waited 30 minutes for drinks and a appetizer only for our food to be cold. After waiting additional 30 minutes only to be told by the server it's not guaranteed that our food would be hot. First time and last time coming to Ale House. You guys need to do better
Been 2 years since I visited. This place always has horrible service every time I give it a chance. Maybe the food is good. I don’t know. A server never ever even greets the table. Waited 20 minutes before I just left. Never going back to this one.
Great food and experience, lovely staff and Jake did an amazing job. Super friendly and he offered many food and drink suggestions. definitely going to go back soon
