I really enjoyed the food today. The wings was cooked to perfection. The waitress was so patient and kind. My grand baby chose to eat here today. I’m was very pleased.♥️
The French fries were cold. The chicken wrap had almost no chicken. And was pathetic. The wings were cold and the flavor was not that great. I will not be back, and would be embarrassed if I served this to a customer. The Bleu cheese dip was watery. I still can't believe they would let this leave the kitchen. If I could give 0 stars I would. Go to any other wing place besides this one. I will be contacting them for a refund. I didn't think I could be more dissatisfied. They have changed some of their wing flavors and offer less variety. Pitiful.
After getting our initial order wrong and remaking part of it, which happens 9/10 times we call in, my husband realized they had not added our daughter’s Mac and cheese side.We waited for it in the parking lot and then went back in to pay over $4 for a SIDE to literally throw away the garbage they served her in a cup. It was scrapped off the bottom of a pan of over cooked pasta and cheese sauce.Our kids love BWW but Greenville has really lost their way.
I'll go ahead and say, I've tried about every wing place in Eastern NC. I have eaten there a couple times but within the past year, quite a few times, being pick-up orders. Also, it being pick-up, which can really be a pain because you never really know how good it's going to be. As a food eater and big time wing person, my expectations have been blown away. They are ALWAYS on point, as far as the food goes, not to mention, they are VERY respectful. My pickup orders can be complicated but not for them, I have nothing but respect for BWW and those working. I would give them more then 5 stars but I can't. As a previous worker, in the food industry, it gets insane with everything in general. Thank you guys and you will continue to get my service and my tips. Sorry for the long comment but thank you BWW!

Update: The general manager reached out to me and she was very polite and professional. Some places don't seem to care about reviews or your experience at their location, obviously, she does. Thank you so much for caring about the concerns of your customers!Save yourself your time and money! The customer service SUCKS! My order was placed correctly but apparently they can't read. I called back to inform them of the error that had been made and the person asks me can I come back to get what was missing. I informed her that if I had to drive back to get what was missing, I wanted my order recooked because it would be cold. They could have the cold food back because I definitely didn't want to eat it and she rudely tells me that she would have to check with the kitchen. I asked to speak with the manager and this embicile says nothing. The next thing I hear is elevator music for the next 3 minutes. I hung up and they will not get any more of my business. I truly hate when people disrespect others working in the service industry but I also don't expect for them to be disrespectful, either. And to think, I actually left a tip on an order that I picked up ?.
Waited over an hour for our order of boneless wings. We had to wait for a party of 8 to be served before us even though we had arrived before them. When we did get our food it came with the table next to us that had shown up 20 minutes after us as well. Our order ended up being wrong and the manager showed no regard for any of these issues and proceeded to give a $5 discount on food we didn’t even order.
Love the wings..Go grab you some, you won't regret it.
Highly disappointed!!! I placed an order for 20 tradition wings and a few side orders and let me say these wings tasted like they were reheated in the microwave and toss with some sauce. The mac and cheese was horrible and not only that the cup was half way full. Over all the worst $50 i spend and highly disappointed with the way the food looked and tasted.
Service is terrible! Drinks are empty! The waitress only came to the table to take our order after sitting for 20minutes. I’ve seen her go to the table behind us over 10 times but ours only once. Would not recommend
