Every single person affiliated with this location should be fired, barred from anyone ever hiring them again for ANY position, and the building should be be decommissioned and turned into a recycling center or a million other more useful facilities than this. Every single trip without exception has been a disaster of incorrect orders but tonight is one for the history books. Sat behind a car at the DT speaker for 10 minutes, he finally has to shout hello to get any sign of life, then I have to do the same thing after two minutes, and they turned a simple order of “two breast meal, mashed potatoes with no gravy, a honey mustard, a strawberry jam, and a half sweet/half unsweet tea” into “one breast, mashed potatoes with gravy, no honey mustard, no jam, half sweet tea, half lemonade”. And there were seemingly at least 12 people working that I could see from the window alone. How is this even possible to screw up so consistently, so significantly, with so much employee support? Corporate should eliminate this location immediately; it is so bad, it literally tarnishes the entire brand.
My mom & I ordered 2 combos and a bo biscuit from the drive thru. We were disappointed to receive cold food after waiting 20+ minutes in a long line. When we called the store to let them know about our experience, the manager was very accommodating. They replaced our entire order the next time we visited.Keep in mind it is mostly college students working these fast food chains near ECU so it's best to have a little grace & patience.
I’ve never written a review before but I felt it was necessary. This is the worst bojangles I have ever been to. Expect to wait anywhere from 30-60 minutes in the drive thru line. Fried Chicken is consistently burn. You are better off running to cookout next door.
I'm a little disappointed that it took about 15 minutes to get my fries. Now granted I understand being short staff and I went through the drive thru, but my fries should have been hot and fresh!
I asked for extra seasoning, they understood the assignment. Bless y’all
I love bojangles but this one is run poorly. I've tried it 5 or 6 times over the last 5 years. Everytime I've been to this one, they've been out of something and are either arguing with each other or a customer. Do yourself a favor and drive down to 264 or over to Arlington, you'll get your food faster and won't have to substitute.
Do NOT do door dash here. Waited over 30 minutes, after specifically telling them if it'd be more than 10 I wanted to unassign the order so I could take other orders. They LIED straight to my face, for no apparent reason, and said it'd be 6 minutes. 15 minutes later I asked again, and another lie "I'm about to make it now" Then the order wasn't even correct when it was finally "ready". Terrible, unreliable, liar employees.
Bojangles on 10th Street was ridiculous. So I oredered 2 barbacue sandwiches with slaw. Got my sandwich no slaw. So I told the worker that I had no slaw, he responds to me its at the bottom Of bag put it on your sandwich your self.. Also my Freind ordered a wing dinner her wings were old you can tell they were fried in Old grease. fries were old. She td told worker they were old he closed the window. I will not visit them any more. This has happen to many times.
waited 40 minutes for a 8 piece and a sweet tea. after going around the line again and asking how long it would take the employee has a nasty attitude. every single bojangles in greenville is like this! slow and rude !
The last 5 times I have been, the biscuit has been stale and the soda tastes gross. Tired of wasting money on a meal that is not edible.. the hash rounds are raw in the center
