NOTHING LIKE THEIR BOBERRY BISQUITS....KILLER GOOD, I ONLY ORDER THEM TWICE A YEAR CAUSE THEY ARE JUST TOO GOOD, I CAN EAT ALL 4 IF I GET 4....ITS HARD TO TAKE ANY HOME IFYOU HAVE ANYONE AT HOME, DON'T EAT ANY TILL YOU GET THERE....LOL. SHARE.....DON'T BE LIKE ME....LMBO. AND OF COURSE THE SEASONED FRIES, DIRTY RICE AND PINTO BEANS ARE MY FAVORITE ALONG WITH THEIR CHICKEN DINNER WHERE YOU GET A FREE DRINK WITH CHICKEN BREAST, HOMEMADE FRESH KILLER GOOD BISCUIT, SIDE OF YOUR CHOICE AND GET HONEY AND HOT SAUCE AND MAYO AND MAKE A CHICKEN SANDWICH WITH A. HUGE PIECE OF CHICKEN BREAST. I LOVE IT LIKE THAT! ALL FOR LESS THAN $6....UNBELIEVABLE!!
No one is disagreeing that the world has changed much since 2020, no one is arguing that at all. But at the very least your listed hours of operation should reflect such changes. Thanks for nothing, Faux jangles.8 = = D
Great place to get really good fried food and biscuits. Service there is really good and nice. The sweet tea is also amazing.
Got my order wrong the past 3 visits. Ordered 2piece breast with Cajun pintos and large mt.dew. Received a 2piece thigh and wing. No spoon. No napkins and a large cup with nothing but ice. Not sure what changed at this location but it’s absolutely ridiculous
picked up my biscuit and hair was stuck to the bottom called back the store and whoever it was had a nasty attitude
I was really disappointed. The wait time in the drive thru was over 20 minutes. I was okay with the wait time because it was lunch. When I got my Supreme dinner the Supreme were hard and tasteless. Waste of money.
You can't go wrong with Bojangles at any time of day. Our last visit was as a good experience. The staff we super busy and they appeared to be short handed. Even with all that's going on they got our food out to us hot and fresh. The staff was polite and even went the extra mile to help a customer with a special request. Good job!
So as I'm driving away from the drive-thru I think to myself man I forgot to ask the young lady for hot sauce but as soon as I got home I open up the box and I'm like wow they thought about me.
I love Bojangles, I went to the one on Greenville Blvd. I usually go there cause they always have good chicken. But this time it was horrible and my fries were old. The guy taking the order was rude, I asked for either 2 breast & a thigh or thighs and a breast. He was like which one? I didnt quite here him and I asked I'm sorry what did you say? He said what do want? I don't think I will want it for a while if I go to that one again.
Went through drive-thru this evening and was treated rudely by Amari who was working as the cashier. I simply asked for a plastic bag and she said with an attitude the store didn't have any. So I proceeded to ask about the tailgate box that the food is normally boxed in, and asked could they place my 1/2 gallon tea in the box and she rolled her eyes and stated they were out of the tailgate boxes. After that response I asked how my food was going to be packaged, and she proceeded to slam the drive-thru window in my face and I mean the window was slammed loudly. I knocked on the window and asked to speak to the manager. The manager named Michael provided my order to me. When I got home the sauces was mashed into the biscuits and the tenders was not fresh. I know the pandemic has changed things but nothing gives the right for an employee to mistreat a customer. It takes the continuing business of regular customers like myself to pay the salaries of those unprofessional and rude employees. I will let everyone I know not to visit this location.
