Just left without being served. We waited for 15 minutes without even having our drink order taken or being checked in on at all while other tables were seated and tended to. The waiters averted even looking at our table and as we left the waitress (only one working so easy to know who it was) made incredibly rude comments to the other waiter and even went so far as to make rude faces at our kids as we stepped out. Super disappointing experience for us all.

The food and service was 100% on it this evening. Kudos to all the hard working folks from kitchen to table . I can’t wait to return!

Excellent Food. Can't say enough good things about it. Portions were more than I and my Mom could possibly eat for lunch. It was neat and very, very clean inside. Acoustics are not great so it is a little noisy. And it was understaffed but that seems to be the norm everywhere these days.Again the food was just awesome. Had the chicken cheese sandwich. Came with fries and a huge salad.??

We had a long day, driving from Gatlinburg to Belhaven, and stopped here for dinner. The food was good and the service was great. We told our waitress we still had an hour to drive, and she took care of us, making sure to get our order quickly and bring our bill fast as well.We ate the fried ravioli which was exactly what we expected, and tasted great. The pizzas we had were both good as well. We got a standard pepperoni pizza and the baja. Both pizzas were really good and we all ate our fill. The crust was good and the toppings were all fresh and tasty.

Food was great service was good

I always enjoy the experience when we come here. The food, the staff, and the environment are all wonderful. They have all kinds of drinks and food to choose from and you won't be disappointed. The appetizer we chose this time was INCREDIBLE. It was the 3 Guys Dip of the Day and consisted of a Shrimp, Crab, and Lobster dip. It was so good. I will be broken hearted the next time we go if they have a different dip of the day but I'm sure it will also be excellent.

I used to eat here quite frequently, and always enjoyed the food, but the customer service has dropped considerably. I emailed a couple of days ago to get information about possibly making a reservation for my wedding rehearsal dinner a few months from now, and I decided to call today as a follow up. The first phone number I dialed was not answered and did not connect to a voice mailbox. I found another phone number on the restaurant's Facebook page and called that number. The gentleman who answered the phone did not give his name, but said hello. I asked if he would be able to answer a few questions for me. He said no, and then as I was thinking he was joking, he hung up on me! I understand when a restaurant is busy they may need you to call back, but this man didn't say that, or give the option of asking for a better time to call. Sorry, but you just lost a big party and any future business from me and my friends.

As good as their pasta is, the in house smoked wings were spectacular. I am a wing man! Not over sauce so you could smoke. Bleu cheese dressing has always been good and pairs well. Not super spicy. What a surprise! Staff is always great too.

Not sure what happened during out lunch visit. Two pasta dishes were cold on the inside, as if they weren't microwaved for long enough. My panini was on plain wheat bread instead of something nice like chibatta. Disappointing overall.

We stumbled upon Atavola while in town, & decided to try them out for dinner, & we were impressed! The Fried Calamari starter was cooked perfectly & absolutely delicious! My husband tried the trio; Manicotti with spinach & double Lasagna, while I tried the Chesapeake Chicken & Shrimp. Everything was tasty and our server, Todd, was fantastic. We'll definitely stop by next time we're out this way.
