As individuals we eat at this restaurant on regular for great food, wonderful service, and overall clean facility. As one, camaraderie of PutUpOrShutUp fantasy football league is held at 42fry annually. Thank you staff of 42fry for all you do for your community. May God continue to bless you all.
Not consistently good, but definitely good enough. Never know how hush puppies might be cooked. The fish so far has been great and the shrimp is excellent. Want to try other items off the menu.
I came to visit my family this past week and was recommended to try this restaurant. The food was amazing and so were the people! One of the workers, Cam gave me some really great advice on what I should try (catfish nuggets) and his customer service was great! I’ll definitely be back next time in town :)
I love eating at 42 Fry. One of my favorite restaurant. If I want seafood I go to 42 Fry, because I know the food will be fresh and good. You get your money worth too. I give you a 5!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a deluxe flounder fish sandwich with fries and a sweet tea. THE TEA WAS SPOILED!!! It tasted like it had been sitting there for days and it had the consistency of SYRUP! I tried the soda out of the dispenser and it was flat. Finally I just got a bottle of water. The fish was good. However, the tomatoes on the sandwich tasted like cleanser. I paid $17 for my meal and ended up throwing it away. VERY UNSATISFIED!!!!
Best sea food I had ever. The shrimp was perfect golden. Cat nuggets was smack. Amd the services was great. My new favorite spot.
My husband has a slight allergy to cornmeal and today was his first time trying the food at this restaurant. This is the ONLY place he didn't have a reaction. The food was AWESOME! We plan on going back many more times. The lady's were very friendly. It was a 5 star all the way.
Visiting our son this weekend and decided to give this place a try. Aquila Clark and her team were very courteous as we decided what to order and brought out the food hot and fresh. The dining area and restrooms were very clean. Across the four of us, we had shrimp, catfish, oysters, flounder, Mac n cheese, okra, fried corn on the cob, fries and hush puppies. Serving sizes were plentiful and the food quality was as good as other seafood restaurants in the area that charge nearly twice the price in some cases…there were no complaints from out table. Fried options were not overly breaded but just right. The hush puppies were on point as an extra side. Dessert was brought home and looks delicious…just still full from all the great entrees. We all agreed that we will return to try some of the other great menu options. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
I love seafood and I cook it all the time!! I'm sometimes skeptical about trying new places here in Greenville. I went in open minded and was blown away by not only the food but the exceptional customer service I received from Shaniyah who took my order. She was so friendly and she also gave me great suggestions as well. The company is lucky to have hired a young lady who is so sweet and respectful. I definitely will be visiting again very soon!!!
We have been looking for good real seafood and they have the best. I compare it to my husband's seafood when we fry a bunch up at home. We just don't get the chance to very often so I'm super stoked that we found a place to satisfy our craving without having to do all the cooking. Awesome customer service. We will definitely make it a weekly or biweekly thing for lunch.
