Whoa. This placed was great! Walked in, and was in hurry. Had to grab a gift fast for an impromptu client meeting. Staff was at the ready and set me up perfectly. Can’t wait to get back when I have more time to pursue the unique and interesting items. Thank you!
A great place to find the exact bottle of wine/champagne to fit any taste and any occasion. You can also learn a great deal about your favorite bottle or one that captures your attention. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products and about all wines period.
I've had more than one bad experience with the owner of this establishment; as a black consumer, I wouldn't give them my money. She'll assume you're trespassing and knock on your window, and she will tell you that you can't park here, but you weren't even parking. The bitter old lady has an issue with colored patrons in her parking lot.
I worked with Penny to get a charcuterie gift basket to send for my boss, and she was AWESOME! Extremely friendly and helpful, great communication and was able to accommodate our quick turnaround time. Not to mention the basket itself was PERFECT… everyone loved it!! Amazing wine but the best thing is great customer service!! They are always willing to help with whatever is needed and just overall the place is great.
I contacted Zeto and spoke to Penny (co-owner) to put a basket together for my SIL’s birthday. She was very sweet and through email correspondence we settled on a lovely arrangement of wine and food that paired well with the wine such as; localtruffle chocolates, cheeses, cured beef, crackers and even chips from Spain that complement the selected Champagne!The attention to details, great customer service and warm conversations through the process made the experience wonderful. All this over the phone and through email. Being that I was calling from out of town (NYC), I was nervous about not seeing the basket myself but I had good confidence in the level of expertise. The picture says it all. My SIL was so pleased! Thank you Zeto!
Sue and Penny know their wine! We know that we can run in for a last minute gift, explain what we need/what we're pairing and they will provide the perfect wine or gift. Great selection of wines, gourmet cheeses, snacks, etc. Such a wonderful addition for Greensboro!
