My daughter's food was good. My wings were barely warm. Cheese bites one order good. The other one was hard and not very tasty. The staff acted preoccupied. We had to repeat our order.
The staff at this location is absolutely amazing! It's very refreshing to see young people having fun and being professional at the same time. We don't get a lot of that these days, and to top it off they can throw down in the kitchen too
Ok, this is the place for your fried fix. no doubt about it! I saw that menu for the first time and was like dang. Everything you want that's fried, they have it almost. Get it in guys! Honestly, they have the best salad I've had in a long time. May I suggest the house salad with grilled chicken or Cobb. Yum!
There was a cool looking drink on the menu but when I ordered it the response was that they didn't have that drink as if they had never heard of it and didn't offer any alternative. They weren't necessarily rude just sort of blah. They seemed irritated with our lengthy order though. Food was good and hot.
Seasoned fries were great! Nibblers are my fav at Zaxby's but these were merely ok. It was about 3:00 in the afternoon but as 1 of the 2 cars in the drive-thru the entire 30 minutes we ate in the parking lot, I would have expected a bit fresher sandwich. Especially since the 2 meals cost $18. Ate in our car because dining room was closed.

Loved it , my boyfriend is not a fan of Zazbys so I have to eat when he’s not around so I enjoy when the food is hot and fresh
After being in the drive-thru waiting almost 20 minutes, the employee came on and said the system was down. I didn't believe it, because the drive thru was moving just fine until I pulled up. There were several cars behind me.
Employees are terrible. Almost guaranteed to get your order wrong. All employees will stand there and look at you then proceed to ignore you instead of helping.
The point of ordering ahead is so that customers can skip the line. So please figure something out! Even if the lobby is closed due to short staffing it should at least be open for people who order ahead to pick up. I sat in the drive through for 20 mins while my food was ready the entire time! So now… COLD FOOD.
