This location supposedly stays open until 10pm. But I’m not sure what is going on at this location. Anytime after 9 pm their employees claim they can’t take any orders, do to their system being down??? This has happened on 3 separate occasions at the Greensboro garden st location. Within two months. I would suggest choosing a different zaxby’s.
I like to get my food here. Today, I asked for a large drink and get a small drink instead. I don't know how they can't read the order that you make, but that is not right.
Food was okay but staff was rude. Sign said dining room was open, it was not.
Rude customer service, dirty outside grounds, needs better management and traing to workers on positive attitudes
The staff at this Zaxby’s are unprofessional and do not take your orders seriously. It seems like they like to fool around and laugh too much instead of focusing on providing good customer service. I ordered for a number two instead they gave me a number one. It is like they do not take their job seriously. I never get any utensils with my orders even when I order something that requires a utensil. A number two come with coleslaw they even forgot to give me that.They are unprofessional and offer poor customer service.
Horrable service! Ordered 2 kiddie finger meals. Each meal had only 1 chicken tender in it. The person at the window took my card and when he was giving it back, he just stared at me and made me lean out of my car window to get my card back. He handed me the food with no receipt and just closed the window. Service has been bad for a while but this is enough to make me never go back.
Usually a good place to eat, but I went there on 3/11/22 at about 8:30pm. I felt bad as I was leaving the restaurant. Told my wife that I felt like I had eaten some bad chicken. Sure enough 2 hours later I was extremely sick. I don't even want to describe how bad it was. I was up most of the night extremely sick. I was finally able to get in bed around 4:00am. Don't know if I'll be able to return to that restaurant for a while.
I waited in their drive through for roughly 5 minutes. When I get to the speaker to order my food, I see a sign that says sorry closing at 8. It was 8:01. So after waiting in line and catfishing me, they tell me they're closed. Fk this place. Never going to zaxbys again.
We had a Buy 1, Get 1 Free Coupon for their Chicken Sandwich meals. Currently, due to Covid, only their drive thru is open. I mentioned the BOGO coupon, ordered two grilled chicken sandwich meals, and asked for 1 Coke and 1 Diet Coke, both with no ice. My order was ready promptly and the food was fresh and tasty and the order was correct. The server had written Diet on 1 cup so we knew which beverage was which. We had a great drive thru experience and will be here again, especially when we have a BOGO coupon!
Chicken was dryer than a Popeye biscuit ! Ask for my chicken on salad to be tossed in sauce it wasn’t. Also sauces were watered down. Dang ! Worst Zaxbys experience I’ve ever had! Won’t be back !
