Terrible service. Trinity, the cashier, was new. She'd be ok if she could get some help training but the Co workers are too busy playing on their phones. After 16 mins I was informed they didn't have the Cajun club because they were out of chicken. I said "how...yall literally only sell chicken "She replied "we outta grilled chicken" guess the chicken isn't fresh as advertised...or maybe the grilled chicken comes from a different breed of chicken vs fried chicken.Anywho, no biggie, I asked for a zax snak pac. They never offered to refund the balance as I had already paid, and snak pac is 2$ cheaper. Ohwell...but then they gave me a bbq tender meal....I'm dying here.It's the Benny hill show but inside a zaxbys.So if you want slapstick comedy and like potluck / surprise dinners this is the spot.If you prefer good food w/good service in a timely manner, I'd go elsewhere. Ashame too, nice property and nice building.
I order some food from here and the coleslaw that we got for one of our meals was expired and it tasted sour and also they was a hole in my ranch dipping sauce.
This Zaxby's is one of the better locations in Greensboro. Always get the right order and portions of food. Other locations skimp on the chicken on their salads and forget to put egg / blue cheese crumbles on the cobb salads. For this location good service & value!
Ordered a number two 6 fingerz with double fries and two of my fingerz look like nuggets and they actually counted it as a fingerz…that’s ridiculous. We got to do better Zaxby’s I didn’t spend $12 for nuggets. Also they didn’t give me my receipt so that I could do a survey!
Kurtis and Leah were awesome! Super upbeat while i was ordering and got everything accurate. Food is extremely hot. ? my kiddos are happy therefore momma happy. ? Thanks yall. Give them a raise ?
Absolutely PUTRID, TERRIBLE, HORRENDOUS customer service. I’ve honestly never been to a restaurant with worse workers. The food is alright, but they need an entire new staff IMMEDIATELY
I only stopped here to get a gift card for a co-worker's farewell dinner. The manager was very friendly and had a pleasant attitude. I was in and out in no time.
Waited in drive thru forever then got to window after ordering 2 sandwich meals. Had ATTRACTIONS coupon for buy one meal get one free which expired at they end of the month. Was rudely told people been printing to these up and they will NOT accept them anymore. I showed them my book and that I did NOT print mine and it says expires 12/31/21. Again rudely says owners will not accept. Last time I EVER come here and will let many people know the same.
Arrived at establishment at 9:48 pm I was told by the employee at the drive thru that there was no more food available. I proceeded to ask how is there not anymore food and the employee stated that they have food but will not be able to drop it because it is almost closing time.This is unacceptable the establishment was not close in should have been able to place my order. When I go to Chick-fil-A they have no problem with serving there customers before closing. I will take this complaint to corporate!!!
Food tasted like been sitting a bit today. They also forgot my extra sauce I paid for. Hopefully just off day.
