Food was ok but cashier was extremely unprofessional. It seem since the pandemic has hit customer service is no longer available. The young guy they have working the drive thru is clearly someone with manners. He was acting as if we needed him and could care less about the job. But for any employee to talk as if they has a attitude to customers its bc of poor management. My lady had to stretch out the window to hand him the money. He was a smart mouth. So, I can safely say this is another location that will not see our business in Greensboro, NC. The Gate City and Vandelia location.
Food aliitle warm...not hot,less frofanity at other co workers that can be heard at the order speaker!!

This is probably the worst zaxby's I've ever been to. order because the dinning is closed you have to go through the drive-through the young lady was rude and just very ⁶⁶unprofessional.. I was in the middle of a train I thought I was getting ready to ask her a question after I just ordered a Cobb salad and she interrupted me and said fried or grilled? BUt because I was ordering and was in the midst of getting ready to tell her more information she cut me off and I didn't understand what she said so then she said to me again grilled or fried with a nasty tone?Long story short my order was wrong I ended up having to take my food back they didn't give me an apology or anything like that just gave me the corrected order and stuck it out the window and didn't even say have a good day... Got the spicy chicken with the spicy sauce it was just thrown together there was sauce everywhere and they only gave 2 napkins and I had sauce dripping off of the sandwich all over the place... Like what you would do if you were mad at someone if they sent something back not to mention the fact that the chicken was old. SMH
I wish I could give more stars, I'm a trucker with a semi but I really wanted to order some hot good ole Zaxby's. This location is currently drive thru only but the manager (Chris) was more than willing to accommodate even though my 13'6 tractor couldn't fit in the drive thru.
